Excellent product! Dissolves completely in water (I use it in slightly warm water) and does not have any discernible 'feel' in your mouth, which is what I was most worried about. It DOES have a very slight nutty/almond flavor, which isn't off-putting to me. Really would be an easy addition to your morning coffee. And a scoop a day really does help curb cravings and lessens my hunger. Very pleased with the price, the quality, the instructions and packaging, and at a fair price.

I bought this on a whim. I have IBS and fiber is helpful but often gives me gas. I have not had any excess gas and the product has improved my regularity. It truly dissolves quickly in cold or hot beverages and does not add any taste. My husband is using it now and not a single complaint! He has a lot of constipation and this is one of the few thing that has helped him. Buy it! It is so worth it!

Great product and at a great price! No taste and easy to mix into yogurt or morning drink. Works well and has definitely decreased bathroom time!

I suffered from severe bloating and constipation. I switched from my previous fiber supplement to this one and after one month I saw a huge difference. My bloating decreased significantly, my cravings decreased, and I had healthy bowel movements. I love that there's no gross texture or taste. This stuff was a game changer for me. I'm only giving it four stars instead of five because sometimes it makes my stool soft to the point where it's hard to pass, so sometimes I have to skip a day or two. Besides that, I'm so grateful for this supplement it's brought me so much relief.
