I love this Louisiana Fish Fry. I bought it for chicken. It was so easy to put together and cook. The flavor was tangy and a little spicy but not mouth burning! I had seen it on a cooking show and thought I would buy it on Amazon and give it a try. So glad I did. Will be a staple in my kitchen from now on.

It makes chicken tenders taste pretty much like my favorite fried chicken place of the same name. Although, not exactly because I don’t deep fry them. A little too salty for me but I don’t like much salt.

First time using this product and I will DEFINITELY buy it again!. Chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside!

Seasoning is ok but you will need to add to it for chicken not to be bland

It’s pricey but I’m always buying and trying different fry mixes. This is just ok. Nice golden brown crisp but lacks in flavor so you’d need to lightly add your own seasoning to kick it up a notch. I wouldn’t purchase again.
