Yes I simply sprayed my filters down and returned after a few hrs to rinse them. They were wht with no visible staining.Have to see if they are dude free when I put them back in spa. I rotate 2 sets of filters.

The product smells nice and cleaned the filter well.

I use Black Diamond to clean my pool filter monthly. The only negative is that it needs to be used from a spray bottle which is not included. Spray it on, let it sit and rinse. and the filter looks new.

I was in a minor jam and needed a new or clean hot tub filter the next day. I bought this because of the good reviews, the fast-cleaning action that’s advertised, and because Amazon could deliver it to me overnight. I was disappointed overall. You need to use a lot of the product to clean just one filter. And although the filter was certainly “cleaner” than it was before, it didn’t clean the filter nearly as well as some other products that I’ve used. I also didn’t like the spray bottle, and I’d prefer to just soak the filters in a cleaning solution. With the cost of this product and the amount of liquid that it takes to semi-clean one filter, it would be a better value to just buy an entirely new filter.

This is the best filter cleaner I have come across. Spray on rinse off. That's it.

I've been using this product for the past 1.5 years and we are very pleased with how it performs. We clean our filter weekly and it comes out clean and any odors are removed. I definitely would recommend this product if you want a cost effective method of maintaining your filter without sacrificing on quality. I would not suggest purchasing the spray bottle bundle as the trigger failed within the first 3 months. My recommendation is to purchase the 1 gallon jug and purchase a spray bottle from a dollar store.SELLER: You are currently (Oct 23') selling 4 gallons at a cost of $366.00 which is nearly double the price of simply purchasing 1 gallon. Is this a pricing mistake? No one would consider purchasing this option as it make zero financial sense. Please update to accommodate a larger volume purchase. TY!

Did like the directions said sprayed it on waited five minutes hosed it off with my garden hose with some pressure in it and clean as a whistle simply amazing stuff normal waiting overnight 24 hours to soak in solution .

The media could not be loaded.  Was recommended to use a product like this one when I got my hot tub and i'm glad that I do. It helps get all the scum off of the filter that gets sucked Into your filter and it smells nice and doesn't leave any type of a residue in the water after from what I can tell. I really like this product
