Tate The Tuxedo Cat - 14 Inch Stuffed Animal Plush Black and White Kitten

This is my second of these stuffed cats-I also have the Siamese cat which is a bit more realistic and has more detail both in the markings and the body shape. This one (the tuxedo cat)is still cute-maybe a bit overstuffed. The Siamese cat has more definition in the body and legs that look like the musculature of a real cat-the tuxedo cat just seems overstuffed a bit and therefore less natural looking. It is also slightly larger overall than the Siamese-these probably vary quite a bit from one to the other. Still very cute and well made-more realistic than most stuffed animals-I do recommend these for older kids or adults who love cats.

He is realistically sized and looks exactly as pictured. As noted, I got him to help with grief after the sudden loss of my tuxedo princess. I was debating whether or not to buy a Cuddle Clone, and I still might, but for the price Tate is a great choice. I take him with me everywhere to do the things I used to do with my senior cat. It's very comforting having Tate nearby. I appreciate that he's posed like a real cat and that his eyes look normal, not cartoony. He's very soft, pettable and sits nicely on the couch.

Got this for my father when he was in the hospital and for hi to have during rehabilitation. He has mild- moderate dementia. He loves animals and when I bought him a small plush that unrealistically resembled my mini golden doodle, he commented on its poor artistry. So to keep the mini (unrealistic) doggy plush company, I decided to look for a more realistic cat that would resemble his cat. This does the job admirably!

It's adorable, just not what I was looking for. Maybe not the best "toy" for a toddler. The body is soft and squishy while the head is foam. I could see the head getting "broken" or "crushed" by a toddler. I bought it to distract my toddler from our real cats but I didn't think the quality would hold up. It looks cute and is a good size. I think it would be better suited for an older child or elderly adult. Sadly I returned as it didn't fit my needs.

One of my dearest friends ended up in the hospital and she was heartbroken that she was unable to have her cat with her. So I did a search of stuffed animals that look like her tuxedo cat so she could have it with her in the hospital. I came across this stuffy and it looked so much like her Syren so I ordered it for her.After giving it to her the nurses on the floor thought we brought a real cat into the icu for her.

My son beg for a real cat for his birthday although that was not an option for our living situation. So instead asked if he could have a real life looking stuffed cat. After some searching I found this. I do have to say it is extremely realistic looking and my son was thrilled. That was his favorite birthday present out of everything he received. We even gave him a kitty cat collar ,toys and a feeding dish like you would have with a real cat that he could pretend play. It is very soft ,it sits up perfectly on its own ,quite a few times it had actually startled me because I thought there was a real cat in our house. If This is something you are looking for I would definitely say purchase it it's very well made and excellent price!
