These were awesome and refreshing I will be reordering them, they helped me curb my oral fixation when quitting smoking. I recommend these to anyone looking for refreshing mints. I carry them in my purse.

Do not buy these, dizziness started and I didn't know it was the mints. The packaging does not tell you to limit how many you eat, I eat other mints all day, so why the horrible reaction to these, no clue! Dizzy Until it was so bad I could not walk or stand up. This lasted almost a complete day and even the next morning it was like a hangover from HELL! There was nausea and I have never felt so badly in all my life since the one time I got passed out drunk in my 20s. These mints, oh dear consumer, do not let children even look at them. I'm 31, I can't imagine the damage they would do to a kid! Pregnant women beware, these cause such gut pain, it's frightful what they will do to you. DO NOT BUY THESE! I might actually take this to the court of law, I feel so endangered not knowing before eating these what they would do to me. It's disgusting to be in the situation where you cannot coherently care for your family due to some stupid freaking mints, so frightful!

A bit pricey, but convenient. I really enjoyed the lemon and spearmint flavors. Would love to see refillable packaging.

I initially bought these with the hope it’d help with dry mouth and sulfur burps (thanks to Mounjaro). They’re small, but powerful. Initially reminiscent of the icebreakers liquid ice mints. The outer shell pops, there’s a burst of cooling, minty flavor and it leaves behind a small inner pod you’re supposed to swallow for it to “freshen your gut.” Freshens breath quickly, but as far as staying power it seems to last around 10-15 minutes. I haven’t noticed any difference in the sulfur burps being less offensive. There might be an echo of mint but nothing very noticeable or lasting. The fruit flavors are pretty much the same. There’s an initial taste of the fruit but it is overpowered by the cooling menthol sensation. Overall 3 out of 5. Freshens breath well, but I’d say it doesn’t exactly “freshen your gut” which is basically the gimmick to show how they’re somehow different from ice breakers who did the bursting liquid mints first.

These are similar to the “liquid ice” that Ice Breakers used to sell, which I loved. So glad these are now available. Very powerful in a very tiny mint. Perfect (though a bit pricey).

So I don’t know if it’s something I’m overly conscious off but I feel like I have bad breath. I floss, I scrap my tongue, I use mouthwash. My dentist compliments my teeth every time I see her. But for whatever reason I still feel like I have bad breath. I notice traditional mints like Altoids work at first but they end up making your breath even worse after a while because of the sugar (I assume).I tried this DoTerra product (not know it’s an MLM company) that’s similar to this where it’s just a little sphere of mint oil that you pop in your mouth. Unfortunately DoTerra is a pyramid scheme and I’m not into supporting that so I was hesitant to keep repurchasing. Then I found Nude mints somehow, I think it was an Instagram ad or something??I ordered from the Nude Mints site but once I started working full time I realized I was going through these really quickly. I forget if there was a minimum for free shipping or a fee or what but it wasn’t the most convenient, you have to order in a 4 pack and it’s not as fast as Amazon. I decided to try Amazon and was pleased to find a 10 pack for a decent price. I just opened my 10th one so I reordered this 10 pack.They remind me of those old commercials for ice breakers liquid ice. I think this design is very clever; the package/dispensing mechanism, the mint itself. You pop the outer sphere in your mouth and then swallow the inner sphere so you can have that peppermint coming up from within or whatever it’s supposed to be lol. I personally much prefer the blue peppermint one, the spearmint has a sort of sharpness that I find unpleasant. Luckily I tried the spearmint from the nude website so I only had to go through 4 packs of that.

Was excited to try them, mostly just out of curiosity of the container.GOOD: Containers are fun looking, STRONG, they function as a breath mint, the mint's look cool, like a fish egg.BAD: Expensive, container mechanism is goofy for even 2 hands, flavors are on the gross side, mints don't last long.Of the five flavors, none for really that good. They all have the taste of detergent and Halls breath mints, way too much menthol to enjoy. They evaporate nearly immediately so I never felt like I got much coverage out of them, sometimes I would need 2 or 3 to get up to an actual mint. The aftertaste is pretty much all the same, artificial flavorings and lots of menthol lacing your mouth like a liquid cough drop. They are however, very strong. Almost the sensation of a Altoids but short lived. If you have $20 to spare and try something new, then it's worth a shot. But at that price I won't be buying any more, the value isn't there.
