10 years warranty is just an Advertisement claim. Unfit to use after 3 years.
Review after using for 3 years. We purchased 2 smart ortho mattresses and both are sagging significantly making them uncomfortable for regular use. At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed that the mattresses were designed to last up to 10 years. I had a call with customer care executive requesting repair/replacement/partial refund towards a new sleep mattress. The executive was blunt to say that I don't get any support though there is 10 year warranty. I appears to be nothing beyond an "Advertisement claim". This is concerning that these new age companies boast about all the great stuff but nothing in reality. Earlier we used coir mattress happily for 5-6 years, but this mattress life is just 3 years.
