This is a really easy way to take B12 and folic acid, and I think the liquid form is absorbed better than tablets. This supplement also a really good flavor.

My husband and I both take this and have actually ordered it 16 times! So, yes, we like it. It definitely improves our energy. It tastes great and is easily absorbed - much better than pills. If you don't like to take it straight, mix it with any liquid.
