So happy to have this! I put it to use right away. It works well and seems well built.

no interior fire protection. The lid is protected by just a piece of aluminum foil. bamboo itself is fine and the vent is fine also but I do worry about fire hazzard and the longevity of this product.

This box is not a magnet one, it has clips which makes it hard to open and close. The first time I tried to get the ashes off the Moxa, because the top was locked in so tightly I had it ended up opening and flipping out of my hand. Since then I pushed the clips back and use it but it's still a bit scary because there is no magnet to hold the top in place.
