Disappointed
Disappointed! My wife ordered 2 of these pans about a week ago. We were so impressed with the quality, weight, and feel that I ordered two more. I was very disappointed when I opened them up. Although still nice, they were no where near the same quality. They didn't have the same feel and they were half the weight of the ones my wife got. This company is lacking quality control. They appearantly have more than one company making their pans for them. When looking at them closer, the name "Lindys" on the bottom of the pan is a different font than the ones my wife ordered. The ones my wife ordered, I would rate as a solid 5. The ones I ordered, I cannot give them better than a 3.

Not just for pies. I use it as a cat food dish.
OK. I bought two. I use these for cat food to prevent "whisker fatigue." (Look it up.)They are bright stainless. Go in the dishwasher daily, Look brand new after several months. Couldn't be more pleased. As for pies? Don't know.

The right tool for the job!
I'm not a baker, only made one pie before I got this pan and I messed it up because it was a graham cracker crust in a disposable (floppy) aluminum pan. So I bought this pan - it's very solid and pressing a graham cracker crust into it was no problem. I have since made a perfect key lime pie. Twice.

It's NOT Stainless
It's attractive and feels like a quantum improvement from the old-style tin and aluminum ones. These days, seems like everything is lower quality but this is the exception. 5 Stars.UPDATE: It's NOT Stainless Steel. It looks so good until used a couple of times. So disappointing. One star.

Perfect Stainless Pie Tin. Perfect Price Too
Perfect stainless steel pie tins. At under $5 each, these shiny stainless steel pie tins cannot be beat. And my heart does not ache when someone scratches it cutting pie or goes home with leftover pie and my tin. In fact, I say "Keep it!"Home made and store bought crust bake up perfectly crispy. It is sturdy, does not warp, is easy to clean. I have just purchased my 4th one because at this price, why not stock up?These wash beautifully by hand or in dishwasher. I like having all the same tins as they stack and store uniformly. And I like using stainless (as well as carbon steel and cast iron) for all of my cookware as I am trying to move away from aluminum.I was looking at the 360 stainless steel pie tin but could not justify the $100 price point (for one tin). I'm sure the 360 tin will be thicker and it may even be layered with aluminum cladding... But honestly, I cannot think of how this tin can be improved so I'm glad I didn't splurge for the pricey one.I highly recommend this pie tin. In fact, while I'm here, I'll order two more.

These Plates Are Tough To Beat.
To be honest, my husband and I are more of an outdoor, very little fluff type of people. We use these plates to eat our meals from. Especially things like casserole, stews, beans or other dishes with a lot of sauce. They are truly sturdy ( I have have issues with my hands and drop things a lot) and I have two that I bought about 3 years ago that get used everyday in the kitchen for one thing or another and they have no dents in them which is amazing to me! Nothing sticks to them and when I do make pies in them the crust never sticks!I just returned to buy a few more because we use them for so many things and occasionally even for a pie! Also like them because my dearly loved but departed Mother-In-Law's name was Lindy!

Great Bargain!
These are some of the best pie plates I have come across if you factor in the price, sturdiness, and looks. Highly recommend these, you will not find a better price for something like this. These are made in India. Enjoying mine.

Cheap tin
This pan, while is actually made out of stainless steel, is so thin it bends and buckles when pressed. It is completely useless as a serious pie pan.
