Most of other ventilated laptop stands have flimsy plastic legs despite the metal platform. Those "hybrid" stands wobble a lot and that's why I returned them. This one, the Husky, is full metal, steel platform, steel legs. The fit and finish is top notch, with quality rubber leg pads. My daughter loves it. Pros: All metal, very smooth finish, high quality, durable, sturdy, rubber pads. Cons: It's on short side, even with extension it's just 3.9", which is the shortest height of other stands. (Yet this is perfect for my teenage daughter's size, she loves this short stand), so for her, it's 5/5.

This riser served its purpose very well. We used it to lift our DVR to allow ventilation so it wouldn’t overheat. It was the perfect fit.

Perfect for raising your monitor just 2-3" when you don't need it raised twice that much for a perfect viewing position. Solidly built.

I am currently using this product to add a little height to my monitors to prevent neck strain. I really like that the height of these stands are very customizable. I have storage above my monitor in my cubicle that limited the height of the stand I could use. The low profile coupled with being able to finely tune the height, made these stands a perfect fit for my application. The stands are well made and easy to set up. I would recommend purchasing them.

This riser is well-built and adjusts exactly where I need it ergonomically. Fits my 24" LCD perfectly and I can route my keyboard cable underneath. Unit received in perfect condition. I always prefer steel over plastic and this, to me, is well worth the price.

Works perfectly for the purpose of draining grill into tray (lost the original tray, making do) excellent washability and heat resistant as advertised! Good choice for the task.

This laptop/monitor riser is exactly what I was looking for. The starting height is perfect, the legs are made of metal, and the build is solid. I use this to prop up my ipad (consume content, take notes), place a trivet on it to eat food, or prop up anything else. Mine arrived damaged, one of the corners is dented. I emailed Husky Mounts and hope to get a replacement as per their warranty guarantee. This is why I gave it 3 stars. I will provide a update once I hear back from Husky, and will update again if a new one is set out.
