| Directions | 1. Fill litter box with at least 3 inches of Feline Pine Original Cat Litter. 2. Scoop the solid waste daily, and gently shake the box so the good pellets float to the top and the sawdust drops to the bottom. Leave the sawdust in the box as it will still work to absorb moisture and odor. 3. When the box is about 90% sawdust it is time to dispose of it and start with new litter. Do not flush or put… |

Expensive but good
This is the one we always go with. Just surprised it’s more expensive on Amazon than it is in the stores near me. We only bought it here because it was sold out at the store. I’m rating it 5 stars based on the product because the actual product is good and it’s what we use with our cat. 🐈 A little bit more in depth review as I’ve seen others complaining: I always used clay/sand litter with my cats and I’ve had cats for my whole life. I’ve never used pellets. But when my fiance and I went to adopt our first cat together, they had already been using this at the shelter, so we wanted to try and stick with it. Our cat has no issues with this litter. I’ve seen a few people mentioning odor and honestly I haven’t noticed anything. Our apartment is tiny and our litter box is in the bathroom and it never smells like cat urine in here. And it doesn’t have that overly strong cat litter scent either which I feel like only adds to the urine odor sometimes. This stuff just smells like wood? I don’t know, maybe these people need to be cleaning more often or something. I change the box and litter once a week and in between that I add one scoop of clean litter towards the middle of the week for a little refresh. Easy. Odorless. Lightweight. I don’t know if it’s the best brand of litter that’s out there but it’s what we found and have stuck with. Definitely cheaper at the store though like I said and like others have said. ✌🏻

Best cat litter I've ever used
I started using this product by accident when someone gave me a bag. I absolutely love it. It hides the odor exceptionally well and for a long period of time. You don't scoop the urine; it turns to sawdust. The solids dry out so you don't need to scoop them very often either. Even after 6 weeks, there is no odor! Switching to this product from regular cat litter has cut down my cleaning time by 75%. You only need to empty the litter bin every 6-8 weeks or so, and the used litter slides ride out, weighing less than regular saturated cat litter. I have two litter boxes in the dining room, and you can't smell anything. My friends have even commented that it smells so clean. Because it lasts longer than regular clay litter, it's a good value; a little goes a long way. Great stuff.

Great low tracking and clean alternative
I switched to this litter in an attempt to get my cat to stop tracking the other clay litters throughout the house. The other litter would get stuck in her feet and then would end up everywhere throughout the house. This litter, with the proper maintenance schedule, does completely remove the litter tracking. I did get some litter tracking when I didn't change it out often enough, so you do have to remember to do that. Probably twice a week is enough for my one cat in my specific litter box. Once I switched though, I noticed the other quality of life improvements from using this litter. For one, I don't mind changing the litter anymore. Instead of looking at big wet disgusting clumps of litter, now I'm greeted with a ton of dry and unassuming sawdust. It's no longer a task I hate doing because it's gross. Now, I really don't mind doing it at all. The process is a little different since you're sifting the sawdust out of the litter box and into a trash can and trying to keep the pellets in the scoop, but it's not much different. It takes a little bit longer but I find it to be much more relaxing. Lastly, I love how after finishing cleaning the litter the scoop is completely clean. There's nothing left stuck to it like standard litters. As far as odor goes, I do notice that the poop smell isn't as well contained, so that's something you may want to consider. It really depends on how well your cat buries it and how long you've left it without changing it. The pee smell is completely eliminated. Overall I'm really happy with it!

Good litter
Pretty good litter. I like that it is more sustainable than clay litter. I have used it with a sifting litter box and it works well for getting rid of the used litter, but you still need to scoop the poo separately. We usually forgo any scooping/sifting with this and just swap out the entire litter box contents 2-3 times a week. The litter does begin to track once it has been used a bit- but if it was changed out/sifted more regularly you could likely avoid that. The litter does not have a strong smell and (as far as I can tell) it masks the smell of cat pee pretty well. 4 stars because it is not the perfect litter and I am still considering trying new ones.

This is the best cat litter I’ve ever used. My cat has no claws so I put these pine pellets in her litter box. There is absolutely no smell. And I also buy liners for the litter box so when it’s time to change it, I just pick up the bag and throw it out and put in a new bag and fill it up with clean litter. It doesn’t clump but it doesn’t smell. It’s unbelievable. I use it all the time it’s a winner. Try it.

No odor absorption, crumbles too fast
I got a bag to try because my usual brand was temporarily out of stock. It crumbles too easily and does NOT absorb urine smell. It made my whole apartment reek of ammonia. And I do sift and scoop the litter boxes at least a few times daily. I don’t have that issue with the other brands of pine pellets I usually use. I will not be buying this brand again.

All around best cat litter to grace the face of earth.
This type of cat litter is amazing in the best ways. It captures stink very well, no dust in the air as you add new to the litter box and best part is it is more eco friendly when thrown away.

The product is great and does exactly what it says in the description. Unfortunately, one of my cats disliked the pine smell and crapped on my carpet instead. Gave it to a friend, and her cats used it with no problems. Cats are fickle - what a surprise.
