I have been using the Novex shampoo, conditioner and mask and I was really surprised with the results. This product works great on my thick hair, all three smells great. The shampoo has a wonderful lather so be careful not to squeeze too much it soaps up real quick it has a great texture and so soft to touch, the mask is a nice crème feeling and left my hair feeling soft the recharge I blew dry it into my hair and it was a better blow dry I’ve ever had once I sectioned off my hair to flat iron on 455 F it was a nice iron my hair took to the heat so well and it was straight within minutes after going over 3 times. I usually have to press my hair before flat ironing but not this time it was a great relief not having to run back and forth to the kitchen to get the pressing comb. So my advice to you follow the instructions on how to apply and massage the shampoo into your hair from root to ends and do the same with the mask ( it said to leave the mask on for 10 minutes, but I left mine in For 15). I love that this product is a natural product and I will recommend it. FYI did not affect my scalp No burning sensation either😊

Love the consistency and the way you can use the product. Noticing that the immediate effect can be felt very quickly and when your hair dries feels very smooth and looks pretty shiny. I love the amount for the price and the quality of the texture

Did absolutely nothing. My hair feels hard to touch and not shiny at all. Is extremely frizzy. Update after 2 weeks. Note: I have not been using it for two weeks. I used it and this is updated two weeks after. My hair is falling in a tremendous amount. My hair feels line straw and there is nothing that will take that feeling away. I would really like a refund as instead of giving me shine, taking away the frizz, my hair has lost life. Even after I wet my wait, it does not retain water and moisture.

I got a local recommendation for this products and I was kind of sceptical of their result on my hair that is coarse and very frizzy as I live in the caribbean with a very humid climate. Just follow the instructions and its hydrates the hair a give a smooth touch and feel

Its really really good . Especially the keratin recharge its really amazing . You can feel instantly how the hair its rescued and look nice and healthy.
