Listen! I bought these as an enhancer due to losing my butt when I lost weight. I wore them almost 24/7. Your butt muscles will begin to strengthen after a couple of months. Indidnt even know that! I don't even wear it anymore, and my booty is amazing! Stands up so nicely! They run small. I wear a small normally, am about 115lbs. I had to buy a medium. You want it tight so it begins to lift those booty muscles, but not too tight! If u purchase it too small, your legs may fall off due to no circulation. If it's too loose, you may as well not wear it bc it will make your booty "sag" as it "spills" your butt cheeks over the cut out.

While it did lift, my but just hung over the bottom strap and looked saggy. Not a good look.

I've always been curious what a product like this actually does lol! Anywhere you look across the internet you will find good & bad reviews so i couldn't really decide to purchase based on what others said. It was one where you just have to find out for yourself. That's what I love about Amazon is how easy it is to return something if it doesn't work out. Why not try it for yourself & see if it does what you want it to do. Ok so for me this product works great! You need to already have some booty cheeks to fill the openings in the back to have this product even work the way it's intended to. I could be wrong lol! I wore these under my black (honeycomb texture, if that makes sense...) leggings & it reinforced the statement, "baby got back!" This product gave me wonderful results! It gives my backside a nice support, enhances what I naturally have without looking fake! Gives a slight lift & makes my assets look juicy lol! They fit comfortably & they are made well. Material is basic undergarment fabric. Solid thick stitching so no unraveling thread. From the front to side and back you can't see any line along the thigh to give away the fact you are wearing some sort of shorts under your pants. I've worn these many times under jeans, black dress pants & various black yoga pants/leggings & every time my booty looks great! I have no complaints! I will be ordering a few more pairs since I've been finding myself wanting to wear them everyday! It doesn't make or break my confidence & I don't find my self esteem determined by this piece of fabric. That is something I work through that has to come from the inside in order for it to radiate on the outside. These are just like a bra for our booty! Just not quite a staple item like a bra or underwear. Some people wear those items every single day & some don't lol! 😊 Just go with whatever makes you happy & comfortable!

I think it really works and looks natural. I tried padded underwear before and it just felt awkward diaper, it shifted a lot and looked fake. I went by the size chart and I’m glad I did. I’m normally a small/medium in regular underwear and swimsuit bottoms but I ordered a large. I provided before and after pics for reference. Just enough lifting to where it doesn’t look silly. I’m 5 10 and 135 lbs size 27 jeans for reference.

It works but the stiching is so sharp that is noticeable over clothes showing the pressure it does over and at the side of the butt and the lines under it where the short is. Also had to perfectly place the cout outs to look good and im afraid it would move while walking. Should be ok with jeans or ticker fabrics but not but fitted clothing. Had to return should be higher waist and with invisible stiching.

Flat butt approved y’all!! I don’t have much to work with but this makes the difference I need when wearing leggings or jeans!! I usually wear a size large in things but I ordered a medium so the fabric under the cheeks would be snug and it’s perfect!!! Before and after pics attached!

The model they used obviously doesn’t need these. They look decent from behind, but the side view will look like this on the rest of us. And if you’re wearing yoga pants, it will show your pancake butt pinching like that.

Good for the price and for what it is. I wear a size 5/6 in pants and ordered a medium. It’s tight, but that’s what you want with this type of shapewear so it can do its job. Since the cheeks are bare, this does not completely smooth cellulite or dimples on the sides of the glutes. Where it excels is creating separation between the cheeks and helping form that “shelf” or crease under the glutes where they meet the thigh. However, it’s not seamless. The stitching can show under thin or sheer fabrics. It looks good under double-layered pantyhose, thicker fabrics, or jeans. I’ll be frank: my bum already looks good, and I bought this for a costume to give it a little boost. This product alone won’t give you a perfectly round, noticeably larger bum if you’re starting flat or need serious shaping. If you need more volume, go for a butt lifter with pads instead.

This is absolutely ridiculous…all it does is cut into your legs and makes a mark. Does absolutely nothing for ass …I don’t have a big bum but was hoping it would train my booty to come out and prevent flattening. Does nothing but look funny even under clothes. Don’t waste money

I lost a lot of weight and was looking into getting surgery. This is a game changer and keeps you in tight as well.
