My hair was severely damaged! I home color every month for the last 20 years. I use heat on my hair daily. And I live near the ocean and scuba dive or swim every few days. I deep condition once every week or two weeks and my hair was so dry, brittle, stringy, and knotty. I primed with Olapalex no. 0 for 15 mins and then coated with Olaplex no. 3 for 15 minutes 2 days ago. My hair felt so much better, but the level of damage I have I knew I would need intensive therapy. I wanted to have the salon treatment of no. 1 & 2, but I'm a travel nurse and headed back to The Virgin Islands in a few days, so I'm just out of time to wait for an appointment this go around. I colored my hair today and "cheated" by using Bond Angel by Brae .01 and added it to my home color. Then rinsed off my color and used the second step of the Bond Angel kit. I followed the directions and left it on my hair in the shower for 15 mins. I then used Olaplex shampoo and conditioner and Oh. My. Goodness!!!! My hair feels amazing!!! It is so healthy! I blow dried and curled my hair after I applied my normal leave in treatment and Chi serum and it hasn't felt this strong, silky and healthy in forever!!!! If you're debating, don't! It's relatively inexpensive and is easy to do on your own hair at home and the results are simply astounding! My daughter's hair is mildly damaged and I'm starting her on it, too! We both are amazed by the results and she even wanted to take pictures of my hair because she was so happy that it looks and feels so good!!! #selfcare

I'm uncertain of it's efficacy as a standalone product as I paired it with the N⁰3 Hair Perfector. Together, they work miracles. I ended up finishing the one I bought that I don't even have a picture to upload now. It DID finish before the N⁰3 so don't be surprised if they don't finish together. I was suffering from intense hair loss with breakages and shedding after relaxing my hair. I was losing thickness and beginning to see bald spots. This, along with the N⁰3 and Keratherapy Repair Line (shampoo, conditioner and 20-in-1 leave in conditioner) literally put a stop to that. I used this once a week or at maximum once every 2 weeks consistently and saw amazing results. Make sure after you leave it on, you wash it out. Do not leave it in your hair as it wasn't designed for that and the instructions clearly say to do so. I left them in mine for at least an hour before washing out. If you have chemically treated hair or have heat damage to your hair from blowouts and flat irons, give this a try, moisturise your hair, be consistent and reap the rewards of this price tag and the sacrifice to take the time to do it. Actually works to reduce dry, brittle damaged hair. I am in the process of "grey blending" and I've been using color removers and a bleach wash to try to remove old brown hair dye. My hair was feeling very brittle, especially at the ends. I had already used Olaplex No. 3, but saw this and thought I would try it as well. It definitely works better than just the No. 3 alone. I don't know how long the mended bonds will last, but even if it lasts a couple of weeks, I feel like it's worth it for the appearance and feel of the hair. My hair is thick and shoulder length, and I used probably about 1/3 of the bottle. As others have noted, the sprayer is crap.

Works fabulously when paired with the no 3. The only reason I took one star off is because the spray bottle is awful. I transferred it into my own spray bottle. It only comes out in a stream and you end up wasting a ton of product. I have hair that is about 3/4 down my back and it takes 3/4 of this bottle to saturate it. Is it worth it? Yes! I used the no 3 alone before this came out and liked it, but adding this really does make a difference.

All the bond builder products have to be used together to get the result you want. My kinky 4C hair was extremely damaged. It had divids on several part of a strand. It seems like my hair was going to break off. I then started using Olaplex bond builder line for 1 year straight. This means every wash day I use the bond builder line. I reduce my heat, no flat ironing, only "Warm air blowdrying and 130 degree FH straightening comb". I have find hair so these temperatures got my hair pretty stretched. I also only used heat on my hair on wash day which is "every 2 months". Yes, till this day, I only wash my hair at the end of every 2 months. I have 23 inches of 4C kinky hair and do not have the energy to wash my hair and spend 6 hours every other week on it. Point is Olaplex works, if used correctly and consistently. You can't expect to use a product once or twice and expect results. Depending on your damage, it will take time. Today I can definitely see how the bond builder has rectified my strands. I am continuing using Olaplex but now I use the moisture line more. I still use the bond builder when I decide to flat iron. I would not recommend using the bond builder line weekly if you do not have damaged hair. It has a purpose and it's to build damaged bonds.

Works great. Especially when used in combination with Oliplex #3. Leaves hair feeling soft, shiny and silky. I love this product.

Hands down, this is the best hair product on the market. The UAE water had damaged my hair making it fragile and snap easy ( snapping off by the handful every day). Even with a water filter, it still wasn’t enough. After spending thousands of dirhams on other various products trying to make my hair stronger, I should have started with Olaplex from the very beginning. It took around 3 treatments to feel significant strength return to my hair. There is now a normal amount of loss. Even my hairdresser noticed the difference (and she uses 1 and 2 as part of my colour treatment when I get my hair done). I use 0 and 3 together as well as Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner. It’s a small price to pay for big results. Very happy with this purchase and can’t recommend this product enough. A personal recommendation from me to you 🫶
