Amazing Quality
Used one can to paint/coat in and outside 4un 18" wheels. They are aluminum, this primer stick like epoxy paint. 2h was ready to sand (68F). I sands really good, could get a nice finish. I whish I could get those at local hardware stores. You just cant compare with regular duplicor, rustoleum or any other rattle can single stage. You may heard that surface prep is the key of a good paint job, and the way to get there is with a good primer. Trust me you wont regret!

I like it.
Works well. Rememeber to not directly spray on the object in the begining and pan out away at the end. A few splatter but can be easily sanded down. i know im suppose to use epoxy or self etch primer first but i think i can get away with it. For the product it self lays out decently. Remember to wear a respirator with the proper filter! One whole can did this hood with plenty of layers. I think 5 was done.

Goes way faster than expected
This primer is incredible! The coverage is on par with an hvlp gun and the fan is adjustable. I used just 2 cans to refinish my wheels and regret not using more. I should’ve went with 4 cans (1 can per wheels) for optimal results. With that being said I am giving this stuff 5 stars simply because you won’t find another primer that holds up like this stuff. Make sure you over-compensate a bit when ordering. The stuff goes quicker than expected unfortunately.

Great product!!
This stuff is awesome, fills great, flashed off quickly and was sandable in 35min at 77° and 47% humidity. Top coated with a color matched single stage urethane, final results were impressive for a home garage roof panel repair..

Not good
I have used their 2k clear in the past with great results. This was the first time buying their primer. I Ordered two cans to primer the hood of the car. Surface was sanded and prepped for the primer. The problem is that the spray pattern was not consistent. The coating came out full of blotches. After trying to make this work and using the entire can. It didn’t come out as an acceptable job. Since I had another can, I sanded the hood again a figured that it was possibly a bad spray can. The second can was as bad as the first can. The spray just did not lay down right. It also was very rough to the touch, beyond the normal feel. I have gone and ordered a similar product from a different manufacturer in hopes of a better result. Possibly a bad batch is being shipped? I know that I will not but this product again.

Good product with cheap inept nozzle cap
I've used several versions of 2k primers and clear coats. By far the most annoying and problematic variable is the pathetic plastic nozzle cap. They clog quickly. They vary dramatically from can to can. They can aim at their own whim. They can require extra cans and even screw up a project mostly by themselves. This beige primer features one of the worst nozzle caps. That's why I am leaving the review here. I used three cans recently and every nozzle cap was awful, but all in different fashion. The one I purchased here would barely spray at all when I had the cap top turned for maximum coverage. I was getting reluctant one inch wide. Not until I turned the cap top opposite of instructions did I suddenly have a normal pattern.I always wear cheap plastic gloves and wipe off the nozzle tip every 10 seconds or so. That may seem like overkill until you try these things. They live to clog. Once they clog the spray can go anywhere or nowhere. A near-full can maddeningly won't shoot anything at all.Warming the can helps reduce clogging somewhat. It probably goes against manufacturer advice but I'll let the can settle in semi hot tap water for 15 minutes or so before applying.Make sure to shake fully...2 minutes before snapping on the red cap, and 2 minutes afterward. I also shake 1 minute additional before each coat, and 2 minutes if I return to use the can on a subsequent day. These 2K primers and clear coats are technically good for 48 hours but that final day is not always dependable. Also, it is generally best to stop spraying before the can is completely empty. The final seconds can be spots and blabs instead of uniform spray. That's not a big deal with sandable primer like this, but on clear coat it can screw up a section and make you wonder why you didn't quit 10 seconds earlier.

Best auto primer you can get in a can.
Excellent product! Easy to spray with great coverage. Sprays smooth and even and easily sanded for base coat.
