Good attachment to bring to your local gym. It works well for me and my back routine. I prefer using it over regular gym equipment. You will have a lot of people ask about where you got it for sure!

Puts your hands in a unique position to really hit the back muscles. I did get this bar on sale, and it is a great addition to my gym. They do advertise that you can use them for tricep extensions, but the bar has a narrow cross section which makes it very uncomfortable for tricep work so forget about that. Otherwise, it's a solid bar for the back.

Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich insgesamt um einen sehr gelungenen MAG-ähnlichen Griff, der qualitativ überzeugt und funktional klar im Bereich der hochwertigen Kabelgriffe einzuordnen ist. Die Verarbeitung wirkt sauber, das Material robust und die Haptik insgesamt wertig. Wichtig ist jedoch der Hinweis, dass es kein baugleicher MAG-Nachbau ist. Während bei den originalen MAG-Griffen das Metall am Griffende – also dort, wo sich die Finger beugen – lediglich sauber abgerundet ist, wurden bei diesem Griff aktive Rundungen eingearbeitet. Das verändert das Griffgefühl spürbar. Ich persönlich empfinde diese Rundungen als angenehm, bevorzuge jedoch insgesamt die exakte MAG-Geometrie, wie sie etwa von KORIKHAM oder BLUSLM sehr präzise nachgebildet wird. Es ist jedoch gut vorstellbar, dass es Handtypen gibt, die gerade mit dieser Rundung sehr gut zurechtkommen oder sie sogar bevorzugen. Unabhängig davon handelt es sich funktional um einen Top-Griff. Wie bei allen MAG-artigen Produkten sollte man sich aber klar darüber sein, dass der primäre Einsatzzweck eindeutig im Rückentraining liegt – insbesondere bei Ruder- und Latzugvarianten. Für Bizeps- und Trizepsübungen ist dieser Griff hingegen nur eingeschränkt sinnvoll. In diesen Bereichen existieren deutlich besser geeignete, spezialisierte Griffe, die gezielter ansprechen und ergonomisch passender sind. Fazit: Ein hochwertiger, eigenständig interpretierter MAG-ähnlicher Kabelgriff mit sehr guter Verarbeitung und sinnvoller Ergonomie. Die spezielle Griffgeometrie wird Geschmackssache sein. Für das Rückentraining absolut empfehlenswert – für Armtraining jedoch nicht die erste Wahl.
