I purchased it on March, used it no more than three times and this october I took it on a trip and suddenly starts turning off by itself!!!!! It was perfect, I don't know if it is deffective!!!! What can I do??? I really loved it!!!!!!!

When it heated up the little nobs on the brush came off when I tried to straighten my hair.

Not as great as posted but does what it does. It did work for my Wife yes I would buy another at that s price.

Did not shut off as it said it would when you left it for 5 minutes.

Works fine for lightly curly hair but doesn't compare to a good quality flat iron for those of us with a persistant curl and lots of hair. Also, the on/off button and heat control are in an ackward area and can be accidentally changed while in use.

It is just okay. I will say that for anyone with really curly hair, this is probably not going to be your favorite straightening tool. I have long,curly, fine hair and this brush seemed to make it more frizzy than I could handle. It does get super hot and comes to temperature very quickly. It is make very sturdy and heavy duty. I like that the temperature displays right on the top so you can easily see what temperature it it. I did not like the placement of the temperature controls, it felt like I was constantly bumping them while I was using the brush.I first tried this after wearing my hair in a messy bun overnight, I took small pieces of hair and had to go over it several time before it took the waves out. It then left me with a lot of frizz. As anyone with curly hair can say, you DO NOT brush curly hair. I guess I should not have had such high hopes for this product just because I know that my hair does not do well with brushing.The second time I tried it after towel drying my hair straight out of the shower. It was nice in that it did not burn my scalp, like my traditional straightener will if I use it on wet hair. However It seemed to give me about the same results if not a little more frizzy.I think if you have shorter hair or almost straight hair that you just need a little extra to get it completely straight, and your hair likes to be brushed, then this would work well for you. If you have curly hair, I would say this will work well for getting the initial curl out of your hair, and maybe taking out the blow drying step before using a traditional straightener to get the glossy smooth finished look.I received this product with a promotional discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. Didn't work so good on my thick hair. But did work on my sister's thin hair

I have hair almost to my waist...pretty thick as well...does an excellent job in like 5 minutes! Must blow dry your hair first!
