There are too many variations to choose from when you don’t know what you need. I love that this came with options, different sizes, and feels. This was absolutely the best money I have ever spent. I was in a car accident. I have cervical, thoracic, SI joint, hip problems. I tore my labrum in my shoulder. I have tendinitis and arthritis in my thumb and hand. I found ways to alleviate most pain areas with each different size and texture. The only one I was not fond of was the trigger point ball. I preferred the smaller rubber trigger point object I would like to get another set to have a double of each size to lay on the yoga mat with.

These PT balls are a game changer for tight muscles. They’ve helped me so much in the AM and after long rides. Great product!

I got these when I was having an autoimmute flare up and the beginnings of carpal tunnel. My fingers were intermittently tingling and that was driving me crazy. I found the varying textures and sizes of these products soothing. They were not a "cure" for what I had going on, but they made some of the symptoms more tolerable. Also, I feel like I was listented to more seriously at the doctor's office when I was able to list off all of the at-home remedies I had tried, including these various balls. I recommend these as a possibility for what ails you. But because carpal tunnel can become serious quickly (especially if you're experiencing tingling), I would not hesitate to get checked out medically.

I used this to work out tight muscles after several herniated disc and 4 surgeries. These changed my life. From being disabled to being able to do things again. I just lay on my bed and put one under me where it hurts on my muscles ( not my spine!!). Then move to a new spot after a couple of minutes. They broke up all the adhesions and frozen muscles so the muscles can work properly again. My pain went from a 7 every day to a 3 only when I try to sit on the ground. It’s not a quick fix. You can tell a difference after a month or two.
