Why?
Very Large Glass Bottle maybe 50% full, maybe less. Optically, from a customers point of view, such extra unwarranted packaging appears as not a good deal. I thought I was being shorted so I counted the content, it was good. Sounded like maracas when I picked it up. Product is Excellent. Fast Delivery.

Great highly absorbed, cost effective, easy to take Magnesium supplement!
Love this magnesium citrate! It is very well absorbed and easy to use as you only have to take 1 tablet in AM and 1 tablet in PM and you've me the USRDA (US Recommended Daily Allowance) (USRDA for magnesium is 400mg)(each tablet is 200mg). This product is also very cost effective. It is around $14 and that is for a two month supply, so it costs basically $7 per month to protect against anxiety, depression, restless leg syndrome, eczema, psoriasis and headaches/migraines, allergies, fibromyalgia pain, osteoporosis, high cholesterol, and heart disease. I would (and I do) recommend this magnesium to anyone. (note: magnesium is a natural blood pressure lowerer as well, so those with really low blood pressure need to watch their blood pressure when starting this, aka take a smaller amount of this when starting, like 1/2 tablet (which is 100mg) per day, and then very slowly work up to the 2 tablets per day over the course of a few weeks. I have naturally low blood pressure and I did not know this (to start at a lower dose when first starting) when I first started taking this and so it made me blood pressure very low which made me very low energy, but it went away in about 2 weeks when my body got used to it. But I really didn't care since the magnesium immediately got rid of my restless leg syndrome and it helped me to sleep much better and it immediately greatly lessened my fibromyalgia pain. I was in heaven when I first started taking it because my high level of constant pain went away drastically. Note: if you have fibromyalgia, it might be due to a genetic mutation on one of your sulfur metabolism genes like the SUOX (Sulfur Oxidase gene) or the CBS 699 gene(Cystathione Beta Synthase 699). ( see Dr. Jockers web page for CBS699 diet/ you have to avoid all foods high in sulfur and phosphorus.) (I have 2 homozygous (inherited from both parents) CBS mutations and 2 homozygous SUOX mutations, so I have to avoid foods high in sulfur and phosphorus like the plague, or otherwise be consigned to bad muscle and joint pain and migraines.) At any rate, this magnesium works great. It is cost effective and easy "adherence"/ aka easy to take/ easy to adhere to the schedule of taking it. Magnesium is the cornerstone nutrient to take above all other nutrients and most people are deficient in magnesium, and so I would recommend this product to anyone. Magnesium has saved my life and continues to save my life every single day! For more info on magnesium, read "The Magnesium Miracle" by Dr. Carolyn Dean, or watch her and many other doctors on youtube talk about all the great health benefits of daily supplementation with magnesium.

Improved Quality of Life!
I'm finishing up my second bottle and I have to say I feel like my quality of life has greatly improved. I have suffered from migraines for as long as I can remember. I know what my triggers have been since high school (lack of caffeine, waiting too long to eat, strong smells, alcohol) but one of them is completely unavoidable - I get very bad menstrual migraines. As I have gotten older (in my late 20s now) they have gone from a half-day, sleep it off, wake up fine the next day migraines to terrible migraines that I wake up with and they last for 4 days with me barely functioning. I have tried every OTC migraine medicine, sometimes with success, but then whatever I was using would stop working. I was finally at the end of my rope and ready to go see a neurologist but instead decided to look up things that would help take care of the migraine before it even started. Enter this product. Everyone on here has had pretty good success using magnesium so I was hopeful I finally found an answer. Within a few weeks of taking magnesium I noticed a difference. I have waited a few cycles to review this to see if this really was my cure, and although no, it does not take away my migraines completely, they are not as frequent or intense as they used to be. They no longer render me useless, I'm no longer stuck in bed, they do not last as long! I feel so much better now. I tell everyone I know who suffers from migraines to try taking magnesium supplements. One small anecdote that I think others may be interested in. I would also like to say that even a small amount of alcohol (sometimes even just two drinks) will trigger terrible migraines for me. I spent years of my early 20s searching for and trying out any possible hangover cure or preventatives, nothing worked. I always felt that it was unfair that everyone I knew could drink a ton and three beers would live me stuck in bed all weekend long. Unless I completely overdid it, I never threw up or was nauseous, I just had terrible migraines. I definitely do not drink as much as I did when back then because I don't want to suffer even more migraines then I have to, however, since I started taking magnesium, I have not had a single migraine from drinking alcohol. Again, I would like to say, I only have maybe 2 or 3 glasses of wine at most these days, but before taking magnesium, that would be enough to give me a terrible migraine. I did some searches and found out that alcohol reduces magnesium in your body, so maybe it was the lack of magnesium causing my terrible migraines from drinking all along. If only I knew this a few years ago! To summarize: Myself and a bunch of other people reviewing this product have had success with reducing migraines (frequency and intensity) so it really can't hurt to try a bottle or two, who knows, you may just finally feel better.

I bought these to help with stomach problems. I seem to experience less pain now I'm taking them but I have noticed if I miss a day or two then the pain returns. The bottle is quite large and made of glass. As for size, honestly they're not much different to the other vitamins and medication I have to take. They're pretty average size. I took a photo so you can compare. They are the two white pills on the far right of my hand. They're not hard to swallow and my gag reflex is shockingly bad so if I can handle swallowing these then anyone can.
