These gummies are very gentle on the stomach and cause no side effects. They work fast (proven by lab results), and they’re yummy! Very sweet. Towards the end of the bottle though, they become sticky and taste a little gross, but still work.

Well first and foremost I would like to say, what do you expect? To all the people who are complaining about the taste. It is iron and you chose a gummy over a pill for whatever reason, convenience perhaps. You will taste the iron, I wasn’t surprised when I chewed the gummy and it had a metallic taste to it. Would I say this is the worst thing I have ever tasted? Absolutely not. Now I do highly recommend this product because one gummy has 9mg of iron and vitamin C which is supposed to help absorption and chewing it can only help speed up the process. So if you want to get your iron and you can deal with a slightly unpleasant metallic taste look no further because this is it.

Obviously not Kosher or advertised as Kosher, which makes sense, but the chewy gelatin texture is very noticeable. You have to plug your nose to not taste the "metal." BUT works very well. I noticed a difference right away in my energy levels, and my chemical brain imbalances, which have led to depression. I still struggle with depression somewhat. And this is not a miracle pill. But it can take some of the fatigue off and help you crush a few more goals during the day. Ask your doctor if you can get tested for anemia if you constantly feel tired, and if you find out you are, maybe try these, if prescribed iron hurts your stomach. ( disclaimer: I am not a doctor, all the things, and yada-yada. I cannot give advice. Go see your doctor. ) I have personally just switched to these because I couldn't handle the huge amounts of iron at one time. Thanks for reading!

Easy to take. No iron taste to it. Tastes just like a wonderful raspberry gummy. I've been on for over a month and it seems to be working for me. My lower eyelids are back to rosy color with blood again. No more paleness. Took them for low red blood count due to CKD. Highly recommend them!

I have bought this item from the pharmacy in the past and it was very good. Unfortunately arrived from Amazon damaged with brown liquid residue inside and all vitamins stuck together. Not eligible for return or refund. Will not order again.
