UPDATE 29 September 2025: Well, the bin is still hanging firmly despite being full. As promised, I have weighed it when full. It weighs 2.9kgs, including the bin. There is no odour at all coming from it (unless I open the lid of course). Really am delighted with it and that, so far, it appears to stay hanging, even when full (2.9KG) END OF UPDATE. So far I am delighted with this bin Great shade of blue…….feels and looks sturdy. Super easy to install and just as easy to remove the bin from the fixings, which sometimes I need to do if I need my fridge door wide open as space is limited to the side of the open door. A really generous size. I am using it as a food waste bin. So far it is working well. In the instructions it does suggest to properly fix, using the included screws, if using it for heavy contents, such as food waste. I am taking a risk but am using the self adhesive fixings on my overflow fridge. I always firstly clean the surface and then wipe with rubbing alcohol, then leave the applied self adhesive fixings for 24 hours before attaching anything to it. I have never yet had anything fall off. Fingers crossed it is the same for this bin. Currently, the bin is about half full, and is holding very well….long may it continue! What I like best about it so far, is that there is no odour coming from it closed, despite all of its contents being waste food. I am using the matching brand rubbish bags, which say they are strong etc. (in my location we still dispose of our waste food in with the general rubbish, not separately) I think it is good value because if it’s quality and design (I paid £22) As I say I am taking a risk, hanging it by the included self adhesive fixings, if it does come away, because of the weight, it will be my fault. Once the bin is full, I will weigh it. I really do hope it holds, if there is any change, I will of course update my review, including with the weight of a full bin. I wanted a larger size food waste bin really because it just makes it easier if the bin-opening is wider and larger for scraping plates etc. The whole process is so much quicker. The fact that it hangs is a bonus for me, freeing up worktop space. I am already looking at the other sizes for my bathrooms, really very happy with this brand.

This is a smart little waste bin that looks neat and unobtrusive in the kitchen, and I love the discreet and tasteful colour. I chose not to have a square one again, as I felt that a wider opening would be more practical for scraping leftover food into, and that has proved to be the case. The handle is nice and easy to hold - not too thin - and does not have any irritating grooves that are a problem to keep clean. I appreciate the smooth 'polished' finish that does not stain and is hygienic. I have not quite mastered the mechanics of fitting the bag so that it is unseen - but I shall try again when I have more time. I like the fact that the product is of good quality and it will not look out of place in the smartest of kitchens, but I would like the lid to be a little heavier; however, that is not enough reason to drop a star - it works fine.

It is a handy size for the kitchen counter. I especiall like the handle and inner seal that holds Compostable bags in place. Happy Customer.

Smashing little caddy, but it is LITTLE! I got it because the bag is held on separately from the lid which comes right off instead of hanging and I'm really pleased with it. It's a good quality build, nice and sturdy and does the job it's meant to do. Very happy to recommend!

Nice tidy food waste bin, easy to keep clean good size without dominating the space, good value, no smell from contents, lid easy to open for use and easy to remove to clean.. All round thumbs up 👍🏻

Looks clean and neat. Washes well - I put mine in the dishwasher. I thought it was expensive but it’s worth the money because of the quality. Great buy.

It is a neat caddy and definitely looks better than just having a food recycling bag on the counter. I bought this to stop fruit flies invading our kitchen though, as we were finding them on our food recycling sacks. However, fruit flies are still able to get into the caddy.
