Yes that would be 4 foot 2.4 inches wide x 4 foot 6 inches long x and 5 foot 5 inches tall. It is pretty big for plastic playhouse.

can a 5 year old play in this?

Hi, it might be a little small in my opinion. Our daughter got it when she was 3 and now 1 year later she continues to play inside but it is not very roomy. with 2 kids in there and toys, you can't move much. But ... the house is nice and likes it very much. The door bell stop working however .. even with new batteries
