It took longer than I would have liked, but I choose this brand because on their website it states it is a small family business. A little goes a long way. The bag closed fine for me. It only got messy when I put some in small containers. I have used it on my skin, scalp and teeth. I am happy with my purchase.

This is a great product, whether you are whitening your teeth, or mixing a bit in water to combat a sick tummy. Yes, it's dusty, it is charcoal. I keep some in my car for all road trips to battle travel tummy, but I keep the big jar on the shelf.
