Sharp classic knives
Great French classic sharp steak knives

Really nice, not too heavy, steak knives
Originally used these at an Intercontinental hotel in Sydney, Australia. Liked them so much that I bought a set for my own use. Really nice, and perfectly balanced. Great buy at less than $10 per knife.
