ELEMIS Frangipani Monoi Body Oil 100ml, Luxurious Nourishing Oil for Soft, Hydrated Skin & Hair

This body oil has the loveliest scent. Very unique and not strong or cloying. I savor it because of the price so for me it is a luxury. I put it in my bathroom sink with hot water while I am bathing and by the time I'm finished, it's ready to use. It returns to a semi solid state when it cools. One thing I wish could be improved is the cap. It's so easy to drop it and it screws on and off so it's easy to fumble especially if your fingers have oil on them. That is the only thing I'd change!

Not greasy, great fragrance, hydrating

I went on a cruise a few months back and had a massage done. This is the exact same oil that they used. You will not be disappointed if you decide to buy. It’s well worth the money. Make skin super soft. Will last a while as a little goes a long way.the smell is amazing.

Absolutely love this! Love the smell, love the ritual. Bought the shower cream too which is also great. Gateway product into the Elemis brand for me, I now have a bunch of skin care and I love all of it. Will be rebuying when runs out.

Excellent product, but they really need to change the bottle/dispenser. This is too frustrating to try to get the solid gel oil out of the tiny hole in the top. I am absolutely in love with the smell of it, but I don't want to have to warm up the bottle prior to each use!!!!! I read another review stating to place the bottle INSIDE your hot shower & it will be warm & ready for you when you are done showering. I will try this method. I love the oil, but dislike the dispenser.

This stuff works miracles. I ruined my nails using gel polish. They split and separated. I tried everything. After two weeks, my nails are completely healed and strong. Absolutely the best stuff on the planet! The bottle is glass and the top is ridiculous so I got some plastic dropper bottles to apply it so my slipper hands don’t drop the glass bottle. Highly recommend.

It's my fault for not reading more reviews of this product before ordering it. I saw that it had an overall good average, and there were a few glowing reviews extolling the wonderful scent of this body oil so I went ahead and placed my order. When it arrived the oil was solid, as many other reviewers have noted. The package had been outside in the cold so I figured leaving it in my bathroom for a day or so would thaw it out. Nope. I had to use a heating pad to warm the bottle up and get the oil to a liquid state before I could try it. To open the bottle was a little bit annoying too: the bottle cap is super small. It's the little flame-top looking point and it's about the size of an almond, so I think people with dexterity problems will likely have an issue trying to get the cap off. I had tried unscrewing the entire silver colored top off (it wouldn't budge) before realizing the little tip was the actual cap. As a moisturizer, it works fine, but it's nothing special and certainly not better than other body oils I use. And finally, as other reviewers mentioned: this stuff does not smell good. It's not fresh or clean smelling at all. It smells like something old ladies wear: it's a faintly musty, plastic-sweet scent that gives me flashbacks to visiting nursing homes when I was in my grade-school choir and we sang for the residents at Christmas. I'm sure most of us have scent-memories of such places, and this body oil captures it perfectly. I have nothing against people who live in nursing homes, but I don't want to smell like I've been living in one since the 50s. 0/10, would not order again.

Leave skin feeling soft

olio corpo profumatissimo, odore molto gradevole di frangipane. rende la pelle morbidissima e profumata, soprattutto dopo la doccia, quindi a pelle umida. in inverno però con il freddo si solidifica un pò quindi da riscaldare.

This oil is pure heaven. It smells divine and you can't help but feel relaxed. I used it to give my legs a lift of confidence and moisturiser in the summer evenings, but it is also fantastic for massages..so soothing! It's easy to use - it does solidify under cooler temperatures, so just pop it in a bowl with hot/warm water.. this also releases the fragrance, so it's hard to be annoyed if it's arrived solid. It's not greasy and absorbs nicely. It works perfectly on my sensitive skin too...phew! While you may think it's a bit steep in price, a little goes a long way. It's not the kind of oil you use daily anyway..even if the fragrance is so heavenly you just want to basque in the scent all day. It's a holiday in a bottle.. absolutely delightful.

Love the scent of the oil and the way it feels in my skin. Would buy again!
