Looks great, but not built to last. This bag is gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing. It's a slightly darker brown in person and slouchy as shown. It’s versatile, lightweight, and pairs well with all my outfits. Perfect for college or casual outings. All zips work fine, and the gold claps arrived in good condition, no tarnish but we'll see with time. The texture matches the pictures, and the sling strap was included inside. The strap feels weak, and the stitching is questionable in places. I wouldn’t recommend it for work or carrying heavy items like a laptop, tablets and other work essentials. It seems mass produced and may not last with heavy use. I use it lightly as a accessory for my fits while carrying essentials, makeup pouch, wallet, scarf etc, so it works for me. But if you're looking for something durable or long term, this is not the best choice.
