Having read the 5 star reviews I decided to try a bottle of this and quite frankly have been a little bit disappointed. I noticed that there is no stated age to this so I presume at most it has a cask age of no more than 8 years. I found the taste quite harsh and struggled to find the flavours that others have reported. I tried it neat and with a drop of water and finally with ice which made it more palatable. Is it a bad whiskey? No but better ones at this price point.

Quite simply the best Malt Whiskey I have ever tasted. Not at all harsh but not sweet.A dangerous drink as I feel you could drink too much very easily.

A very nice smooth, darker malt with a hint of spice and a tinge of cinnamon and dark sugar which is very warming and easy on the palate. It was enjoyed and didn’t last very long.

Very pale appearance, creamy smooth with a beautiful honey and mild fruit palette. No smoke. The finish is medium length and honeyed. This is a little-known gem of a whiskey in a similar vein to Strathisla 12 YO or Glenmorangie 10 YO. Beautiful!

I like my single malts and bought this having visited the Tullibardine distillery recently. It was the choice of whisky that we tasted there, but when one tries things on holiday, the rash purchases subsequently end up being rather disappointing at home. I bought this through Prime, it arrived quickly and well packaged, and is the favourite of the 25 or so single malts in my cupboard. My wife enjoys it as well.

I’m not a whiskey drinker brought this for my husband for our 20th anniversary, his comments very smooth came well packaged in a nice presentation box the whiskey is packaged separately from the box so be aware I opened the box first no whiskey excellent packaging arrived ex on time

having visited the distillery on two occasions, tested several fine whiskys and was impressed by this one.The care and attention in producing their product was exemplary and have continued buying and drinking the product. You will not be disappointed.

Very tasty whisky, if you do enjoy a mix of musty sweetness, synonymous with good first 1st fill bourbon aging and a nice youthful pepperiness you will like this bottle. Kind of remind me of Glenlivet Nadurra just a lot less intense . This is of course considering the price, snatched it for £25 which is delightful.
