Good quality product bearing in mind that you required to take once a day.

Really good cocktail of vitamins and daily required substances. Especially nice to see Selenium and molybdenum. Obviously multivitamins are underdosed with stuff like D3 but just take those separately. Easy enough to wash it down every morning.

I tried keeping a couple of these multivitamins in my little pill box, which little plastic concealed lids for each day of the week etc..., They would grow mould around the 36+ hour mark. But if I kept them tightly shut in the jar, or even in a different plastic tub container that felt similar to the pill box, they would remain fine for 2+ weeks.So something weird's going on with them. If you leave them exposed to natural air the get mould extremely quickly and certain types of storage also lets damp in or helps them grow mould. So find a container to contain them in safely if you're not wanting to keep them only in the tub they come in.
