Just okay!
found some sand particles. We just dilute this in water and drink it so we discard the water in the bottom of the glass. I’m not sure if you can add these to your food as some crystals contain sand particles.

Make sure you grind them
The salt is in crystal form. Just dry grind them in your mixer to make a fine powder and use them.
