What do we like about the OSLO seating? Everything !!! Upfront Pete the company representative we worked with was terrific. All questions were promptly addressed. Delivery was smooth, easy & accommodating. Assembly .... each chair comes in 2 pieces. Directions are easy to follow. What more could you want in home seating ? Not a single thing. This product is flawless. The stitching is gorgeous. The lumbar support is amazing. Under chair lighting is a great safety feature as well as an artful addition. Outlets for phones, tablets etc. The controls for the seat adjustments are at your fingertips & operate quietly & smoothly. The reading lights are also adjustable. Handy drink wells are easy to reach & mean no future spills & accidents. The Black leather is flawless & top quality. My husband is a large fellow & the Oslo chair option accommodates his larger frame & will serve our family & friends for decades to come. & also the Valencia Line of chairs are attractive & will look good in any home. Extremely solid piece of furniture that looks very sharp and is incredibly comfortable. Ordered it and delivery was easy and painless. Setup took about 10 minutes getting all the cables in place and just pushing the pieces together. The material is real leather, very supple but tough enough to resist dog's nails (I have two of them and they are huge.)Opening the center console and you have a full couch to lay down on.Spend the extra coin, you'll appreciate the difference between this as PU leather.

We purchased the console couch as well as a 4-person reclining couch. These theater chairs are so comfortable; they are clearly made with more care and better products than any other theater recliners we have ever purchased! The stitching and LED lights create an incredible atmosphere for the room while the reclining features, extending headrest and lumbar support make the chairs incredibly comfortable for not only me (as an average-sized female) but also my children and my 6'7" husband. He loves these couches! Normally he feels oversized and cramped in anything we purchase or I feel like I'm drowning in furniture made for his size. These chairs allow both of us to customize the recline and support to feel like they were made just for us. Such a treat to watch a movie or sporting event in comfort now!Not only is the furniture top-of-the-line but the customer service is spectacular! We received these shipped to us way earlier than the estimate (unheard of in COVID times!). Anoosh in customer service was incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful throughout the process. She contacted me as soon as the order was placed to confirm all the details and was quick to respond when I thought the delivery was an odd number of boxes. She also went out of her way to FaceTime me to draw out the configurations and send videos for assembly although, in hindsight, when we started the assembly it was so easy to follow the instructions that I probably could've had my 8 year old do it!All in all, don't hesitate to purchase theater seating from Valencia. Their products and customer service are the best in the industry. We will be back for any future needs!

Waited a long time to purchase quality theater chairs and I did a lot of research on these and everyone says they're comfortable and built right. Well they are built right but the Comforts not there. They're very firm and hard to find a comfortable position in. They look beautiful but not comfortable at all I'm sorry.

I was web browsing for a sectional with ottoman for months until I saw the Valencia Oslo theater seats andI purchased the same day! The style is modern-old school which fits me perfect. The dimensions are accurateand the leather and stitching are high end. I received my seats early, within 10 days. Important to know is that delivery service will deliver curbside so its up to you to get the boxes inside your living space but its doable with a dolly. Assembly is not difficult and can be done by one person and assembly videos are provided. My initial concern about price is completely gone. Its a part of my lifestyle :) #gettheOslo!

I have researched and watched this brand and chairs for over a year. I finally purchased what I wanted. This is a great three-piece Theatre Seating set. The middle console folds down with power and USB outlets, cup holders, and a table for snacks. It is real leather - not bonded leather and will hold up better in a warmer climate. I live in Miami, and the humidity takes its toll on anything leather. I hope these hold up and appear that they will. The accessories purchased at an extra charge are great. The comfort and luxury quality of the product is well above most products I have purchased before. However, I also spent more on these. You do get what you pay for in life. They are beautiful and work well. My least favorite thing is the flaps on the back of the chairs. Flaps at the bottom (which feel like bonded leather??) arrived wrinkled and have not smoothed out after a week. The assembly was easy, but the chairs are heavy, and I recommend a second person help to guide the chairs into the slots that snap them into place.Pros:Product and Leather QualityDesignEase of assemblyPost-issue customer service - Shannon was amazing.Cons:Pre-shipment and issue customer service - addressed immediately.Something wood in the base of the chair arrived broken, but after reviewing by customer service, I was told it was not a technical issue with the chair, and so far, so good.The back flaps on the chair look like bonded leather and are wrinkled.The chairs are HEAVY! You will need help to get them in the area for assembly. There is one chair per box, and the two pieces snap into place but could require two people.Overall - yes, I recommend the company and these beautiful chairs. I would purchase from them again. They are worth the money. I have my own mini-IMAX now, and I am very happy.
