very comfortable. size up though. the compression helps with swelling. It’s gets hot though. The great thing is the Patella brace piece can be removed and put on another sleeve. This will allow you to wash your cuff.

My 11 year old daughter has an issue with her left kneecap sliding out of place on occasion, but is an avid sports player and doesn't want to miss out on big games. We bought this brace and since she has worn it, she has had zero issues with her knee. It is a tighter fit than her last J brace so that could be part of it. One note, she does say it kind of bother her after a few hours where the clip is on the top of her kneecap on the front. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

The brace is nice. Sturdy enough for post immobilizer but not sturdy enough to replace an immobilizer. I like the idea of the model. If the side pieces had a small metal rod inside the thick casing I feel it would be a little more sturdy. And the straps are nice but if they could be a little more flexible. They move around a lot and sometimes it causes pain. The V strap for medial / lateral support is nice. The cushion is firm , but sometimes causes pain. I recommend only using it post immobilizer and only instructed by a dr. My Dr gave me the okay to use after 6 weeks of being in an immobilizer. If you’re using it for an old Injury for support, I highly recommend. It is flexible and doesn’t really ride down your leg. I got the 3x and included a size comparison to an immobilizer

This knee brace fits true to size. It supports without pinching or slipping. I'm a plus size woman who has been through almost a dozen different braces, trying to find the balance of comfort and support. This fits both criteria.Also, the lateral stays are not metal. I have had good knee braces with lateral metal stays that rub through the fabric, causing a hole. This brace has a more flexible stay that won't rub through.I recommend this brace highly.

Well constructed but 2 sizes too small. I measured carefully and even went up one size. I cannot get it past my calf. Not certain if I should go up one or two sizes as I plan to reorder.

Fits a little tighter then I thought, but it does the what it’s designed to do.

My knee pain went away but it hurts more than the knee pain did. too tight even when I went a size up. I don’t even want to get a size up again. this is awful. sucks. dont buy.
