I’ve used this chain daily for over a year, including wearing a wire-wrapped gemstone pendant on it. It’s been through plenty of wear and travel, holding up well to regular use without irritation or tarnishing. I am genuinely shocked by the quality and appearance of this chain. I got it in gold, and might I add, I was extremely skeptical of what this chain would look like. It has a beautiful, vibrant 18k or even 22k gold color. I notice that a lot of gold-plated stainless steel jewelry has a grayish undertone since the plating can be very thin. This chain looks just as good as my pure 22k gold jewelry. The box chain style is flat, unlike other box chains that are round or cubic. I prefer this because it lays flat on the chest and catches the light.It's been about 2 weeks and I haven't had any issues with fading. I wear it all the time, including long hot showers. It looks just as good as it did the day it arrived. I can't speak to the durability since I haven't had it for very long, but I haven't had issues yet. I am a bit worried about the lobster claw getting damaged since it's so small and delicate looking; I will give an update. So far so good!

Seems sturdy, not heavy but a "noticable" weight. Claw clip functions as it should. Could be worn casual or dressed up. Bought for my husband and won't fit him, so not wearable. Giving it to my 9 year old instead.

I bought this as a gift, and he absolutely loved it. It seems to be high quality and a very sturdy weight. He hasn't had it very long so I can't comment on how well the finish will hold up.Recommended A+
