Suuuppppeeerrrr easy assembly!
This thing is so cool!!! Takes AAA batteries in the back, they are not included. The assembly was SO EASY! I've always been pretty good at putting things together with or without instructions, but seriously a child could do this just by looking at the image on the box. Some of the pieces do fit together a little wonky, but it's a plastic kids toy that I'm sure gets mass produced... what do you expect? Anyways, my kid loves it and hes 11- Glad I purchased this😁

Piece of Junk!
This product is a piece of junk! The instructions are terrible! It comes completely unassembled and with a dozen parts. The instructions are complicated and confusing. It broke while assembling and I threw it in the trash. Flimsy materials, awful directions, a poorly made product. Sad because I bought for my son who has autism and it was a gift I was hoping would spark his interest. Never got a chance to see if it would or would not. Stay clear of this gift unless you have someone you hate and really want to frustrate them!

Works great! Worth it!
Not sure why others found assembly so difficult, I had no trouble. I'm a middle aged woman, activity director for a nursing home and I just took my time, took stock of all parts and made it happen. Yes, I had to rearrange some posts and I didn't get every step perfectly the first time, but it's not rocket science! The poles make sense if you keep the big picture in mind, the net wraps around easily and even has a Velcro opening in the back for ease of replacing batteries. Everyone loves it! It's fun and we have no trouble with the trampoline, as a matter of fact it's PERFECT for residents who aren't right on top of it but rather tossing the ball at it from their chairs. Works perfectly, has a really fun 30 second timer which makes it easy to pass around to the group, the scoring is fun and exciting and out loud which is GREAT for visually impaired folks. Bottom line: worth every penny!

Lots of fun once you get the hang of it!
Assembly is a bit tricky because the included instructions are subpar, but it's not impossible to figure out how to get everything together. Once assembled, it's quite sturdy and ours does NOT fall apart at all. The most difficult thing during play is the trampoline. You really have to bounce the ball in a specific part of the trampoline to get it in the basket. Otherwise, the ball comes bouncing toward YOU or sideways out of the game. Aim for the center of the front of the trampoline and you'll be able to get it in the basket. Sometimes we ignore the tranpoline completely and just shoot the balls in the baskets for a more consistent experience. The speakers are loud and clear, the game is fun to play after some trial and error, and it folds away for easier storage. Build quality is good but not exceptional, which is why I deducted a star.

Decent game. Not worth over $20-$25.
Decent game probably worth $20-$25 TOPS! It’s not super cheap but definitely cheap enough, not worth over $25. I feel like it will break fairly quickly. Whoever wrote the instructions NEEDS to be fired. The instructions are not helpful. I eyed the game pieces to the picture and figured it out that way. Took longer than I wanted to spend. But after all of that, I think my little guy will enjoy it for the time it lasts.

Not great
I gave this item 2 stars just because when I contacted the Franklin parts department, they got back to me the same day with information that was key to assembly. I had thought that one of the bags of pieces, piece L - the 3-way joints - was missing. They are actually pre-installed. And on step 5, where it looks like you need to assemble the entire top structural support, all you really do is pop parts A into the already assembled pieces (B and L). The picture of it assembled is also misleading because it looks like there are two parts that will hang off the back. This is not the reality. I saw a lot of posts about terrible installation experiences, so I figured I'd post what I found out. With that said, outside of those two things and the instructions generally not being clear at all (I had to use the picture on the box a lot), it didn't take all that long to put together. I would have given it more stars, even after some assembly struggles, though if the gameplay were decent. But the angle of the trampoline is all wrong and when you bounce the balls on them, they just hit the "50" marker in the center, no matter what angle or strength you use, and the whole thing topples over because it's too top-heavy. So, yeah, I have to agree with others, don't waste your money. My son ends up just slamming the balls into the basket without the bounce, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. And that, of course, bored him after the first time and he hasn't touched the thing since.

Not What I Expected
It didn't look big when I received it. I was very disappointed.

Many pieces were missing sadly, which made it unusable. It was a birthday present, so sadly did not notice until too late and returns period had closed….
