Very nice knife for the money

The blade was sharp out of the box, but it got dull after less than 20 times while cutting up salmon.I really like the look and love to keep but it's going to be a high maintenance knife to keep sharp.

I love it! Clean cut for my sashimi. The knife looks nice and feels good.
