I like a thong for under workout wear, and these are perfect. Substantial waistband so they stay put on hips. Very comfortable. I have other styles of Innersy underwear and very impressed with the quality and fit of them all. Only underwear I use now for workouts / running for comfort and lack of rubbing etc.

I really hate thongs, but sometimes you got to do what you got to do.. at first try these felt uncomfortable, and i was going to just toss them out, but i gave them another chance and they are not bad at all, they are most comfortable thongs I've ever worn, but i do want to highlight i don't use thongs normally and probably haven't enough experience to tell what's best in that area... :)

I found the size I bought fit perfectly. I hate thongs normally but these are so comfy and I've worn them all day without feeling the need to change. Would definitely recommend. Makes a change to have a comfy thong with a decent waist band

I’m size 10 they fit perfect and they are cotton which I love. The only downside I found is that there is not enough elastic in the material to keep its form. After a wear they become a bit loose. I would not take them on a longer journey 😄
