I ordered this mainly for my partner who suffers from lower back pain. It was delivered quickly and comes with everything you need including charger and 4200mah battery as well as a small bag to keep everything together. Rather handily the battery comes pre charged so you are able to use it straightaway. The heating belt is easy to use; hold the button to turn on and press again to cycle through the different heat settings. We really only used it on the max setting which drains the battery the quickest but is the most effective in soothing your lower back. It takes a couple of minutes to to heat up but when it does it makes a noticeable difference. The velcro fastening holds the belt firmly in place so you can go about your business without worrying about it falling off or being stuck in one position. The battery on the highest setting lasts a couple of hours although it does takes 4-5 hours to fully recharge so if you are wanting to use the belt often I would recommend you take advantage of purchasing an extra battery (Arris offer a 50% off battery when purchasing the product). I can't comment on whether I was able to benefit from improved blood circulation but it has helped with lower back pain. For that reason alone I would recommend this heating waist belt. If you are sitting on the fence the back of the user manual says it comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.

Good quality and comfirtable to wear.. Really helps settle my lower back pain. Take it outcwith me everywhere. Easy to use. Only niggle is the battery doesnt last long, and it now wont fully recharge . Have had to buy a second battery.

I would say yes heat therapy does work a lot. There is so much out there to buy now a days but which is the best I tried a lot until I found what I was looking for…ARRIS electric heating waist belt wrap. I’m disabled I have scoliosis and my spine is that deformed it’s now trapping a lot of my nerves now I also have Sciatica and a lot of other problems I have two of those belts and also a heated neck wrap all from ARRIS I bought those this year I wish I had bought them years ago but never thought I could wear anything on my back because just having clothes on is sometimes uncomfortable so I never thought I would ever buy this but it’s so comfortable I bought the lengthened one I’m size 18 but there is plenty of room, the material is great and because it’s a large heating area it’s getting the heat to where I need it the most. There is five heating levels but I’ve got it on five most of the time and I do go out and about with it on I wouldn’t be able to do that if I hadn’t got this I’m a prime member so I get it next day the delivery is always good It ticks all the boxes for me and hopefully it ticks them for you Thank you for reading my review, sorry it’s long but I needed to express myself and help each one of you who has the pains like me

If this lead had a usb to mini usb it would be excellent, you could use several different power packs or one with more power storage. Then it would last much longer, that’s my only complaint. It works well just a shame it’s not compatible with other power pack, really helps with my lower back pain. Please just change the power lead

Cable doesn’t fit in the battery properly, battery lasts about 30 mins. The Electrical components are dodgy as hell. The battery doesn’t even fit in the small pocket designed for it. All in all, a crap product, definitely do not buy it. Had to give it 1 star cause it won’t let me give it 0 star

I ordered this as I suffer from chronic lower back pain. It arrived very quickly and was well packed. It's supplied with a mains charger for the 7.4V Li-Po battery, as well as a handy carry bag. I chose the larger size, and Im glad I did. I'm not particularly big, but I am a wee bit overweight, and this fits me very well, and with a little bit to spare. The instructions are clear and easy to understand and I found it easy to wear under a jacket. I got wonderful relief from discomfort as soon as I felt the warmth come through, in less than a minute or so. I'd happily recommend this to anyone in a similar situation.

i use this product for my lower back pain and it works. The warmth is nice, comfort of belt is also really good. I can recommend this product. Heated waist belt really helps relieve back pain . I was using hot water bottle and thanks to the waist belt it is much easier now .

Belt was what I expected,works fine. What was better than expected was their customer service.A query brought a prompt response and quick resolution over a small matter.

Très heureuse de mon achat !! Tellement que j en commande une 2eme pour ma conjointe !! Seul bémol : Batterie chargée a fond, ne fonctionne que 3 heures en usage « chaleur « médium !! Prévoir une batterie supplémentaire pour pouvoir faire relais !! Mais au prix, mieux vaut racheter le kit complet qui revient largement moins cher !!! Encore merci !!

This product heats only when lying down on your back

Elle est parfaite, elle s’adapte à la taille facilement, elle chauffe vraiment très agréable après une journée de travail pour réchauffer les dos douloureux.

J'ai acheté cette ceinture en mai 2022; elle chauffe bien mais ... Sur la batterie, il est indiqué: charger en 8.4 V 1.2 A et le chargeur livré avec la ceinture est un 5V 1A !
