I love this for running . I’ve tried waist phone holders and arm ones but they get loose and won’t stay on. This is perfect . It stays flat while I run and I keep my phone and keys there without worrying. The onlyImprovement I would prefer is better adjustment straps.

This backpack is the perfect addition to my running gear! I needed something very lightweight but with sufficient space to hold my phone, keys, insulin pen, and several glucose gel packs -- this backpack has enough space for all those things and more. It is so comfortable & lightweight that I didn't even "know" I was wearing it. I couldn't be happier with this backpack for my runs and I plan to wear it when I ride my motorcycle too (funny I saw one of the marketing photos showing someone wearing it on their motorcycle). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

So i got this to got on runs i do 2 to 3 miles im not a very expirienced runner yet. i am a woman and i have DD it was super comfortable on my chest it did not bother me at all and i could not feel boucing on my back at all, the only reason why i returned it is , i want to carry a small water bottle of water bladder and my phone and inhaler and it was a very tight fit. but i recommend it if you have less items than me to carry.

I'm very active with running 5 &10ks and participating in Obstacle Course Races. This backpack is GREAT for holding my phone, keys and a light snack during my races. I've had MULTIPLE people ask me where I got my bag!!! The straps were longer than I wanted but that's great. I ended up placing the bag where I wanted it to sit on my back, then cut the access straps. Sewed the straps to the buckles so they wouldn't move. Overall, sooo happy with this purchase! It's light, isn't noticeable when running, not bulky crawling under wires....Don't hesitate to purchase this GREAT bag!!!

I have ran up to 5 miles and it’s perfect. I ran a 5k this past weekend and it held my airpod case, my cell phone and wallet. It’s light weight and doesn’t move. The only thing I wish it had was a better pin to hold the lose straps that I adjusted to fit my size. Other than that. This product is awesome and so worth it for workouts and run

I was looking for something lightweight to wear while doing half marathons (I want to carry my wallet and don't want to put it in my pocket) and this has worked out so well. I used a knapsack type of bag during my last one and it was too long and irritating. I've been using this on our walks lately and it's just right!

First, the construction feels good. I think this will last me years, no problem. The adjustable strap on across the chest, I think doesn't get as tight as I want but pretty close. For the shoulder straps, you can adjust just about every part of it to get comfortable so I like that. I'd be careful with the clips/hooks. They came basically upside down so they don't really do their job until you take them off and reverse them. As I said, it's super adjustable so I think pretty much anyone will be able to wear this and get a decent fit.
