Fruit of the Loom Girls' Cotton Hipster Panties (Pack of 12)

I chose to order these for my potty training three year old because to be honest - all of her other pairs were stained, or already in the garbage. Kids underwear can be considered "expensive" when you buy them at the store, eight at a time, in whatever cutesy print is popular at the moment. Considering how many accidents can occur, it just made sense to get as much as I could for as little as possible. These fit the bill because they're essentially a dollar a pair, and I was going for function more than fashion which is why the other reviews about patterns didn't particularly affect my decision to purchase.Upon arrival, I noticed that for the most part the designs were as pictured. There are more solid colors than designs, and although the designs aren't exact, they're very similar. Pink and blue are the main theme in this pack. Also after opening the package to un-tape and un-roll each pair, I noticed they smelled a bit like potpourri... which was weird because I was expecting that new clothes smell, not something perfumey. Regardless, I just tossed them in the wash and they came out perfect. I bought a size 4 and they fit my daughter perfectly, and I always hear that she's "big" for three, so they're true to fit. Also, they don't sit too low at all. I find everything to be covered perfectly, and prefer the hipsters only because with the briefs I notice they stick out of the tops of her pants or get bunched up easily. These are very functional and modest in my opinion. I'd definitely recommend for any parent looking for a great deal while potty training!

I ordered this because I thought my daughter would particularly like these colors and designs, but unfortunately what arrived looks completely different--no oranges and purples, mostly whites and solid colors and just a couple with stars designs. Disappointed. Had I known, I would have ordered something else.

These under wear are awesome. These are like a more expensive pair I have bought in the past as they are just a little thicker then the usual brands. But the key reason is they have a thicker less stretchy band for the waist & leg. The thicker band causes either less - no ridding up & no more wedgie's! If you have those issue's with other brands, check these thicker band type under wear.Design's vary with any company. I knew this without reading it. Just like any other online retailer, if there is NO color option available to choose from; expect the possibility of different color(s) arriving then in the photo's unless otherwise listed. My 6 & 7 year old's understood this when we ordered.On to sizing - I bought a size 12 for a 6 year old whom wear's a size 6/8 hanes, even before washing they fit her perfectly over her hane's which were a size 8 brief. She is a more thicker/ wider child that wear's size 6-8 clothing & size 13-1 shoes.Her tall & slim sister at 7 yrs old wear's a size 5 clothing & size 13 shoe, she wears a size 6 hanes & I am ordering her a size 8 fruit of loom since I assume it should fit her correctly.Order accordingly! If you have used fruit of the loom order that size. If you have used hane's order larger size of fruit of loom as they will appear much smaller then hanes.If your child is slim or skinny - Buy 1 size larger as I am with my child shaped like that. She is in size 6 = 8 in these underwear.If your child is thicker or wider - Buy 2 size's larger as I did to ensure comfort & fit.If your child is average order the next size up to make sure they will fit post washing/drying.Lastly on the different fit's - If your child wears brief's they can be just a tiny bit larger & have more material then the other options. My larger child does so I went with Hipster's for best coverage. My smaller child I am getting bikini as she is very petite & for her shape they fit best.

I wanted to dock them one star for not looking anything like the pictures, but they're just so amazing that I couldn't do it. If you are anything like me, you look at the boys socks and underwear and secretly fume because although the girls clothing is arguably cuter, it's not even half as durable, so you secretly wish you could get boys underwear, so that it lasts for longer than three months before the elastic band starts to separate from the panties to they just wear out. These are the answer to that. They are soft and strong and they last forever. They also have the cloth fold over the elastic like they do for boys briefs. Plus, as an added bonus, they get softer with each wash. All told, if you have a girl that's active like mine is, these are the panties you want to get. Best value, best comfort. Just probably not going to look like the pictures.

They are very cute undies for a little girl. I ordered a size 10 as my little momma is on the thicker side (she's almost 5). These fit her well now, right out of the package not washed yet, but as soon as they get washed and dried pretty sure they're shrinking. Hopefully not too much. But they are really cute and the boy short fit looks super cute too! And looove that its the bonus pack for so cheap. Plus shipped pretty fast and on time, always a plus.

I couldn't be happier with these and more importantly, neither could my girls. The bands are much better (more comfortable) than any I could find locally and my girls like that the bands on the leg openings are the same as the waist. I have one size 6 and two size 8 girls and these fit all three of my girls fabulously! Which is great because my size 8 girls are built very different...one is super thin and one is super average :) No complaints of riding up or bunching under their pants either! There is also no red marks or indented skin where the bands are. And the price is UNBEATABLE!
