I would order a large. I'm 5'7 1/2 and ordered medium. The body is large and can be cinched in or out.

I typically wear XL shirts and it fit me ok. Snug but ok

I'm 5'7" 137 and ordered Medium. The body is very loose. You can tighten it or loosen it with the belt. I super tightenEd it. I have a smallish waist. M should be good.
