These are good! Yummy! Great for Keto. Love the Parmesan cheap ones. DON'T Do The Cheddar Cheese. No good. It taste like soap and chemicals.

Never have I ever tasted such a fragrant fresh combination of flavors unadulterated by synthetic oils and ingredients. This product is simply dehydrated Parmesan cheese and garlic. It's easy, simple and healthy. Saturated fats are stable and Parmesan cheese has less of an inflammatory affect on the body due to it's age. Great choice for those on Diets or those looking for a mouthful of flavor. I can only order these on occasion due to my uncontrollable behavior when I sense them nearby.

What I like about these is that they are just cheese. They are high sodium by taste. If you're going for low or no carbs, this works for a treat. Flavor is fresh garlic parm. They're addictive and so I suspect there may be some form of MSG/natural flavor/citric acid. Check for yourself if this is a problem for you.

I bought this once before at another shopping site, and it had excellent garlic and parmesan flavor. The batch I bought from Amazon.com was very bland by comparison. I won't be buying it again. Too bad, because I liked the first batch I tried, a lot.

Bought this for my mom, but it is too crunchy for her, so i end up eating it, and i loved it. If you are into garlic cheese crunch, i would recommend it.
