While the listings show 2 products, it is for one or the other, so check the listing closely.The conditioner is my favorite of this line. It is very smoothing, and leaves my hair SUPER SHINY. I can really tell the difference in the shine level after using it. It's also a great conditioner for detangling. The formula does not have all the glycerin and silicone in it that a lot of conditioners have. With other conditioners, often my hair is nice after I wash it, but after a few days in my dry, heated home, my hair just starts to feel like straw. I find that with the PUNCH, because those things aren't in the formula, my hair feels hydrated for longer after washing it.The bottle is easy to use. The conditioner itself is a white cream that is easy to distribute and rinses well.It smells nice, a bit like herbal and honeysuckle, but it not a super strong fragrance. I suppose that is the thing I like least about it because I do like very fragrant hair.I have SUPER long hair, down to my hips, and it took me about 2x the size of a quarter to really cover my hair well enough the first time I used it when I had a lot of tangles. Other than that time, I've used about a quarter sized dollop mainly on the ends, because the shampoo seems to silken my hair just by itself.It does seem to pull just a bit of the natural wave out of my hair, but not much; it doesn't weigh it down to any significant extent. It's mainly very smoothing and leaves a high, high shine, and good manageability.I do think the price is a bit high, as my favorite, Alterna Caviar Anti Aging, is about the same price and I do like its performance better, though it is not as NATURAL a formula as this is. This glosses hair up certainly better than even the most expensive drug store brands.

I ordered the Punch Set of Shampoo and Condition. What I like the most about this conditioner was that according to the label it's 100% all natural, 100% vegan, no artificial fragrances, coloring, sulfates, or any harmful ingredients. The second thing I liked about it was that considering it doesn't have any of those yucky previously mentioned things it smells great. I like to close my eyes while I'm washing my hair and really take in the scent of the products I'm using. It really heightens the overall experience for me. When I smelled this product while testing it I distinctly spelled fresh rosemary and it was very delightful.I haven't been using it long enough for me to say that I have or have not seen an increase in the thickness of my hair. So far I've used the shampoo and conditioner together 3 times. During those three uses I loved the scent, was impressed with how it cleaned my hair and how my hair looked after each use. It left my hair feeling manageable, soft and smooth. I never judge a shampoo/condition based on the first use because when you change product the new product can get out build up from previous products so I like to give a new product 5 - 7 uses before I really decide if I like it or not. So, far so good with this one though.I do have one issue with the product and this is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. When I received my bottles they looked like they had been packaged with other bottles that had possibly leaked. It didn't appear that my bottle had leaked just that there was some product residue on my bottles that had to be wiped off. I'd like to suggest to the seller that a good way to prevent this would be to put an inner seal over the top of the bottle under the cap or either use some plastic shrink wrapping around the top of the bottle. Other than that I have enjoyed testing this product and like it very much.Overall, it smells fabulous, seems to work well and is made of natural oils and ingredients. For me it was a great product and if I had the issue with product residue on my bottles I would have given it 5 stars.*I was provided a sample of this product at a reduced price for testing and review. Can't say much about this conditioner except that it leaves my hair limp. Haven't used it long enough to know if it helps growth.

I was attracted to this product because I have thin hair and needed volume. This shampoo/conditioner not only did not supply volume it Gabe me frizzy fried hair!!

I have never reviewed a product, but I am reviewing this one in hopes that it helps someone else! As a 33 year old, I was losing tons of hair each day in the shower. I was so afraid I would lose it all!! I found this product and figured it was more natural than Rogaine or the like. I can't believe it actually works... but it does! I lose just a few strands (normal) in the shower, and my hair feels stronger than before. The only downside - it seems to weigh down my thin hair, but it's worth it. Definitely recommend!

I was given this product to try at a reduced price for my opinion. I use Amazon reviews extensively, so rest assured, my review is what I truly believe. I have used about half of the product over the course of a month so I have a pretty good idea on how well I think it works. My opinion kept changing because there were things I absolutely loved and some things that fell short. First the positives: it is sulfate-free, has a great list of natural ingredients and definitely made my hair a bit more healthy and shiny. The negatives: not sure it rapidly thickens or grows hair, the slant on the top of the bottle makes it impossible to turn over when the product gets low (minor inconvenience) and a bit to pricey to use on a regular basis. All of that being said, I liked it for its repair and protect claims, it definitely made my hair more healthy and does not seem to wear it down. The first couple of washes it felt like it may have thickened my hair strands a bit but I just am not noticing that anymore so I am on the fence about whether that claim works. Would still recommend but believe that price needs to come down a bit.
