Hormone balancing
I am trying to take a few supplements to get on top of any hormone imbalances the future might hold. I was always advised to take primrose oil and this was the best quality, least expensive one I could find. I take it at night and, along with a few other supplements it seems to help me sleep so I wake up with more energy in the morning. It’s hard for me to know if it helps my skin as I lead a pretty healthy life overall, but I have heard it’s good for that. Also, while I don’t have joint pain myself, I have some dancer colleagues who swear by primrose oil for joint pain relief. I hate swallowing pills but these go down to easy.

COMBINING THIS WITH VITAMIN E
COMBINING 2 TABLETS OF EVENING PRIMROSE AND ONE TABLET OF VITAMIN E PREVENTS THE BREAST FROM HURTING. EVEN THOUGH IT WORKS EXTREMELY WELL I CANNOT ALWAYS AFFORD THE EVENING PRIMROSE.
