The Assam Masala Chai by Tea Trove is an aromatic blend of tea, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Black tea is rich in antioxidants which may induce weight loss, boost heart health, reduce blood pressure, lower blood sugar levels and another long list of health issues. But the taste of black tea doesn’t sit well with people, so that’s when this masala chai comes to the rescue. It has a good visible about of the said masala and you will be surprised right from the moment you open the packet. The aroma is heavenly. I was sniffing it multiple times before actually trying it. The packet has a small segment at the bottom for instructions on how to prepare it and the procedure is easy as heck. You need to take 180ml of filtered water, heat it to 90-95 degree Celsius (or just boil it, 100 degrees will be manageable as well), sad one teaspoonful of the tea blend and let it soak for 5 mins. The tea can be served as it is, or with a dash of honey or milk, as per your liking. The only tricky part in the preparation is the teaspoonful quantity. I mistook it for tablespoonful the first time I tried it and I had to chug a cup of really bitter tea. So have an eye for the amount, experiment with quantity if you can. The things that I really loved about this tea – It tastes damn good. Though black tea is supposed to be taken without milk, adding milk just adds the fourth star to the flavor The aroma is enchanting. I was in love. The packaging is simple yet classy, so if you have chai loving friends, it’s a well sorted gift for occasions. The quality of the content is really good. I have chewed on the bits of ginger and cinnamon (because I get bored while studying and eat stuff). And they were spicy as the normal masala. The price might make it seem expensive but if you are a tea connoisseur, you are going to love it. Plus the ingredients are really good in quality, so the price is obvious.

The tea smells amazing and has a delicate sweet flavour to it. I would recommend not adding any sweetener as it masks the flavour of the spearmint. The leaves come in a resealable air-tight pouch and a tiny box with a plastic teaspoon and a set of paper bags in which you can stew the tea leaves. The bags are lightly joint shut at one end where you can tug them apart and fill with the leaves. This is one of my favourite non-caffeinated brews so far.

Being a foreigner living in India, I was beginning to get disappointed with the local shop teas. I wanted to be able to make my own “good” chai for my Indian friends. This tea was the game changer for me, I love the flavor and the depth. It’s easy to make and is consistently good. I would definitely recommend this tea and I will be taking some home with me.

Product seems to good. Tastes minty. smell good. As far as related to curing I guess it didn’t work in my case. I drank for two weeks daily before going for workout. I got hormonal acne. I visited my doctor and she suggested me to stop it as there was no other change in my routine except adding spearmint tea. I would suggest to consider consulting doctor before starting as now i am struggling to get rid of acne marks

This tea had multi benefits such as it benefits in detoxing the body. Helps in clearing the toxins as well as purifying your body 😬 Not just this it also has the benfits to MAKE YOUR SKIN GLOW 😍 It had Amla, Basil, pepper long, cardamom, cloves, etc. The packaging is very cute and Pretty plus they give the tea bags as well that’s something unique! Must try this one !

👌LIKED Bought few times, Each time the package has been sealed and fresh product. It's a mix of spices, tea ctc and some little long leaves It is strong if boiled in water for a few minutes with milk . The tea is not organic the spices are. It does make a strong kadak chai. Suggestions by mommy. - Keep in airtight bottle, remove from original packaging, buy a bigger bag for saving money. -Tea making tips: Do not boil tea, simmer, to slowly release oils in spices, tea leaves. < than 80 degrees, for 3-5 mins is best. However the black tea is traditional good quality 2nd flush Assam CTC and not organic. Our Assam masala has 40% spices and 60% black tea, so 40% of the ingredients used in the blend are organic.

The product is convenient and if you are a corporate girl then It is easy to use because of the filters they provide. Scent and colour is authentic. I have not used it consistently so not really sure whether is has helped in hirsutism. But overall an amazing product.
