Your Zone Jr. Kids Dinasuar 4-Piece Flatware Set

I love, love, love this flatware set. It is actually usable and high quality. I have purchased several sets and use them for travel / camping. I guess the sets are designed for children, but all of my friends, who are adults love them too. The size and weight of the pieces may actually be a little large and heavy for small children. A 6'4" man with large hands was able to use the utensils with no issues. The fork weighs 1 gram less than a standard Pfaltzgraff fork, so it is heavier than a salad fork. The set is smaller and slightly by a few grams lighter than the kid bloom sets, and the set costs a couple dollars less. Kid bloom set does have a better polish and probably a better metal alloy used. I own several sets of both and love each. For actual children, I would purchase this set. For adults, I would purchase the kid bloom set.

Omg, these are adorable and most definitely worth it! Perfect size for my little guy(3.5 years) who's too big for baby utensils but too little for adult sized. I love that it came with a butter knife because he has just taken an interest in spreading things himself, and the size is perfect for his lil hands. He LOVES the dinosaurs imprinted on them, and I love the quality. We haven't used them yet, but I can tell we will use them for a long time, and pass them on when he has outgrown them.

Very cute and good quality with weight to them. The minus 1-star is because they are very large for small toddler mouths. I got these for my 2-year old and mostly use the smaller teaspoon because the bigger spoon and fork are just a little too big for him. You might as well just use your normal teaspoons and salad forks and have the same size. They're perfect for older kids. The handles are shorter for smaller hands. Cute heirloom.

Absolutely gorgeous silverware set! My son just turned four and I wanted to get him a big boy set of silverware. I love the little dinausors at the end of the silverware! They are so cute and look very nice. My son is very into dinos right now so these utensils rounded out his Dino themed eating set.The packaging was easy to open, no scissors required! My son even wanted to help untwist the twist ties on the back that hold the utensils in place.Each utensil is wonderfully made and feels very solid. I was surprised by the weight of each utensils because they are for children, but to me that means their materials are probably high quality. I am hoping the weight of them makes my son less apt to try to play with them or fidget with them while he is bored at dinner yet still being encouraged to at least finish his veggies.

I bought this set for my 18 month old and wanted to love it due to the price and cuteness. I do not believe it would work well even for a four year old. Cons: 1) Fork prong tips defective. The machine cutting seems to have been "off" and a couple prongs are sharper than the others. The other prongs are already too sharp for any fork even an adult. Dangerous!! 2) The bowl of both larger fork and spoon are the same width as my adult set. The larger spoon probably wouldn't be used for another couple of years due to its size.Pros: 1) The small spoon is perfect. I wish that was sold separately. 2) The dinosaur design is cute. (My child did not notice it, though, like he did on the "Wildlife Buddies" Oneida progressive set we purchased and kept instead.**The first photo shows the prong tip issue (as well as I could) and second photo compares the bowl sizing to my adult set.

Very durable but pretty large silverware for our 2 year old. The littler spoon is perfect for her. The other spoon and fork are about the size of our adult set of silverware.

These are sturdy, good quality flatware sets from Oneida. We have a family tradition of purchasing each child a set of children's flatware once they've mastered eating at the table. I was very happy to add these to the mix for our three toddlers. They wash well and are a good weight for my children with sensory processing issues to be able to sense where they are in space.

This is a great set, however, they are basically normal size silverware with Dino's at the bottom. I expected them to be half the size of adult (normal) silverware. I ordered these for my then 14 month old, but he used them and liked them bc they were like ours. They have definitely durable and easy to clean. We've been using them for 3 months now and there's no noticable wear of discoloration of the metal.
