can I attach a pur filter to it?

We installed a threaded water filter, not specifically a PUR, and it works great.

Does it use 1/2 inch connections?

I have not installed it yet. I'm sure that it does have the standard 1/2" NPSH. The facet hoses you buy atthe hardware store will work,just make sure that the hose is labeled NSF 51 or 61.

Does this faucet have a high arc?

It measures 11 inches from the base to the highest part of the arc. (I measured straight up - not to the middle of the arc) The arc is seven inches from inside to spout.
