This is my 1st review for any product I ever bought off Amazon, But in this case I feel compelled to give a review of the excellent Hercules EX multi purpose rack, smith, and cable machine. We received the machine in a little over a week , took my wife 5 and 1/2 hours to put together. The instructions were straightforward, although some of the schematics and drawings are tiny and detailed, so we had to break out our readers lol, but no problems there. The Hercules has a very smooth and rigid smith machine, both cable pullies are smooth and positive. You really have a versatile piece of equipment once you get acquainted with all the function of this piece. Another positive was dealing with the vendor Ali. There was a small mix up with an attachment for the Hercules. Ali was great to work with, remedied the situation quickly, and definitely runs an ethical business, very important being this is a substantial investment. I give the Hercules 5 stars, thank you Ali. 😀💪

I'm still building my rig but this was well packaged and is commercial grade. Worth every single penny. I reached out to customer service and they are immediately responsive and ready to keep the customer happy! If you're debating this purchase...DO IT! I'm sure if I have concerns this brand will take care of me.

I purchased the MIM Hercules EX a couple of weeks ago. The product arrived as stated in other reviews with about 19 boxes. Most of the boxes are numbered, and if you follow the sequence, the build is somewhat easy. My son and I put the entire unit together in under seven hours and as you can see in the photos, it really is a beautiful piece of machinery. I did have some questions and I called the number provided and I have to say that Ali was very responsive. He answered my questions with precision and also returned a few marked up photos for more clarity. I have now used the machine everyday for over a week and I can tell you I am very pleased with its operation. I definitely give this five stars and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in purchasing a really high-end home gym!

I have completed 125 workouts using my machine. The results are incredible. I have increased my muscle tone and strength. I have gained 15lbs of raw muscle. Things that used to feel heavier like an ax or picket pounder now feel like they have been made lighter. Carrying dog food bags that used to feel a lot different. This machine strengthens every muscle. The safety features are great for people like me that want no one around when they lift. Setting it up took my wife and I about 4 hours. Adding up the time I save from going to the gym plus membership and all other considerations this is a great investment. I use the fitpal app. Lastly, the customer service is incredible. When you receive the machine, inventory everything and if anything is missing, it will be in the mail before you are done setting it up.

We purchased the Hercules EX and it is definitely a great investment. Nothing beats getting a “gym routine” workout in the comfort of your home! With all the attachments and features, I could mix up my workout routines and target every muscle. My only minor issue is that the bench that it comes with does not have a bolt to secure the levels of incline. This is not an issue for working out but more so an issue when trying to move the bench, since I have to be very careful where I grab/pull from. I also want to mention that the customer service was superior! Mr. Ali was great, answered all questions and kept me updated with delivery until all boxes arrived!

I read the reviews and was confident this was a quality machine, to my dismay, I found that the pulleys and arms for freeweights were plastic. The arms are hollow sleves over non Olympic sized skinny bars.

This fits perfectly in my gym room, very compact and comes with everything you could possibly need. Lots of add ons so keep that in mind as you will need some space to store all the extra pieces. I’m very pleased with the ease of setup although you will most likely need 2 people to put it together or at least one person to hold the pieces at times. Instructions aren’t very clear at times but not impossible to figure out. Shipping was a mess with FedEx because there is 20 or so boxes that are mostly very heavy but that was all on FedEx. The seller was very helpful and responds to every question and usually very quickly. The machine itself is very smooth either using the cables or the smith barbell I was pleased with how well everything works. You will need some free weights to use the barbells but the ex comes with 400lbs of stackable weights which is nice. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend to all who are looking to take their workout routine to the next level.

El producto es excelente. De gran calidad y multiusos. Debo mencionar que soy de México y FedEx tuvo un servicio horrible. Además del costo del envío que pagué por Amazon me cobraron por fuera de la aplicación otro poco más de 10,000 pesos por la aduana y tenerlo en sus almacenes. Por más que se los solicitas no te informan cuánto te cobrarán hasta que ya están afuera de tu casa (me hicieron un estimado por mensaje y me terminaron pidiendo caso el doble). Lo que sí tengo que resaltar es el gran servicio a cliente de este producto. Ellos me ayudaron a pelearme con FedEx e incluso se ofrecieron a pagar parte de lo que me pedían. 10 de 10

IMPORTANT!!!! To all viewers shopping for a PERFECT all-in-one fitness machine. You do not need to look any further and waste your time. I had narrowed my choice down to the MiM USA Hercules 1001. This machine pretty much does it all. Once you receive your shipment make sure you dedicate a weekend to assemble this equipment with NO distractions. You will need someone else to help you, this is a two person job. Please pay close attention to the installation details. Do not be afraid to advance to the next page and confirm the orientation of the parts that need to be assembled. I am a tradesman in the mechanical HVAC industry, so I know the importance of proper assembly. When you finally get your MiM USA Hercules 1001 put together now you can have a drink and admire. Ha! This machine is commercial grade and very well engineered. The price may be out of budget for some, but honestly save up and buy this thing. It is AMAZING!!! You can’t put a price tag on your health and for me it was a total investment worth its weight in gold. Also, for longevity, if buying weight plates, I recommend bumper plates. Unfortunately mine are cast iron York plates and can be hard on any piece of equipment if not handled properly. PLEASE NOTE: We all know its one thing to receive a good product, but its another to have exceptional service behind it. MiM USA has achieved both. One of the packaged boxes arrived severely damaged with parts falling out. This is NOT the fault of MiM USA, they package their equipment well. This was a problem I had with the shipping company. I was missing two small parts which were immediately taken care of by MiM USA. Very fast service!!! I highly recommend the MiM USA Commercial Hercules 1001 to anyone 100%.
