I want to like it, but it frequently jams and reports as "Unknown Status"
The lock was great when I first got it, was able to sync it with my Smartthings hub with no problem, program it so I could give different members of my family different codes for when they are stopping by for any reason so I could know who was coming and going.My main issue with the lock is the fact that the thing constantly jams now. If the door is not closed just right, the deadbolt catches on the frame of the door, doesn't set all the way, and tries to unlock and lock for a few minutes before it reports that the door is unlocked/jammed in my Smartthings app.
