People who are from Rajasthan is well aware of the kind of fandom Bikaneri Bhujia enjoys. There have been stories of entrepreneurs in Rajasthan trying to replicate the same flavor by importing water from Bikaner to be used in the preparation. Even though people have gone to such an extent to create the same flavour, there are some brands which have stood their ground. Although there are other notable brands in Rajasthan but Bikaji is still the best when it comes to Bikaneri Bhujia. I have eaten it since I was a kid and was looking for it in Bangalore. Unfortunately no store keeps this Bikaneri Bhujia for obvious reason that in South India demand for this snack will be on a much lesser scale as compared to other places in North India. Thanks to Amazon I can enjoy this snack in its full glory anywhere in India. Yes, there are delivery charges but the taste of this Bhujia makes it worth it, the packaging is top notch, taste is the same as it was before. Thank you Bikaji and Amazon. Looking forward to see a Bikaji store opening in Bangalore soon

We love this bhujia in our house. The taste was just like the original and totally worth it for the price. The packet is huge so make sure you are ready to eat or serve alot of this lol!

I like its taste better than the other popular brands because the mix of spices is just right to make it not burn your stomach. It is very crisp and packaging with zip pouch makes it air tight.
