The backlit keyboard is helpful for someone who wasn't allowed into typing class., and the way the keyboard can be replaced is reassuring to someone who wore out the last one writing five novels. I'm happy all the way around. And I'm deeply impressed with the way the seller packaged this puppy.

I needed two light duty laptops to play iTunes and background music. Nowhere in the product description were the laptops described as used or refurbished! One of the units was DOA. It would not POST or boot. The screen flashed some very strange pixelation. The second unit has a scratched case/keyboard. Further, it has an image burned into the screen. To Blair's credit, they immediately issued a prepaid shipping label and promptly refunded the total cost after receiving the unit back.

Dell latitude laptops are known for their reliability, performance, and affordability. This model works great for both casual users and professionals. So far, I like everything about this laptop, The build quality is commendable, It had the memory, speed and everything else I was looking for. But I couldn’t believe it had all that for the price. I would highly recommend this computer to any one. Who looking for a computer.

me encanto esta laptop pero desde un principio a pesar de cargarla completamente la duracion de la bateria es muy poca entre una y dos horas cuando una anterior del mismo modelo duraba cuando menos de cinco a seis horas. y aun no vencen los 30 dias,

Battery seems to be having issues holding a charge. I ordered 25+ and this seemed to be a recurring issue with not holding charges.

The product arrived today...wrapped in bubble wrap inside of a box. There isn't even a cord included nor any documentation for the laptop. I wish there would have been something that said no cord was included or that this was a renewed product. I sure don't see that anywhere in the description nor that I would need to purchase a cord separately.

Just retired and was looking for a laptop that would meet my personal needs. The laptop was shipped immediately and set up was easy. Very pleased.

This is my work computer and it is honestly one of the best laptops I have ever used. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is for not having a touch screen at that price point.

Came to know that SSD is some local SSD and due to which i am suffering from slowness.
