Sticky and Durable
Worked for automotive wire looms under the hood of my car. Nice and sticky and quality material. Outside is durable and looks like it will last in the under-the-hood conditions.

High Quality Harness Loom!
Worked perfect for trailer rewire. Feels and looks rugged and if running through bare hand quickly it can hurt a bit. Size was accurate and held all my trailer wiring, lights and brakes. Seems to be quality and at a great price. Quickly shrunk with a heat gun and held firmly to wiring. Easy to use but plan your wire pulls. Once shrunk it holds tight.

GREAT Tape! First Of Many Uses: Wrapping bicycle handlebars.
Great tape. It's thickness is thin. It's matte finish so feels great and looks good. It's flexible enough. It's rated outdoor and indoor. It's clearly the best tape I've ever used for wrapping road bike handlebars. I've installed it over some of the best foam that I've installed on my bars. https://a.co/d/9Tiusi0. The setup is spectacular and I couldn't be more pleased. I of course plan to use the tape for typical electrical wiring jobs as well. For handlebars, ordering the widest width roll is the best - although this manufacturer also offers a package with one roll of each width.

Does the job
This is some pretty good wire harness tape. Very little residue left on the wires when I had to peel it off and get it right. All in all, it's good enough to do the job, and I was using it to wrap my custom wire harness for my classic car that I did an engine swap to.

Cuts Easily, Applies Easily, Durable.
I have not had it on the truck wiring very long but I tried to un-wrap some I put on the day before and it was very tough to remove. Applies well and is easy to wrap properly. I expect it to work very well. Im over wrapping plastic wire loom to protect the loom from damage in particular areas under the hood. Will update after some time.

Not just for wiring.
I'm a maker. That means I make things. A lot of very different things. Sometimes they're electrical, most of the time, they're not. But in making things, I've learned to adapt materials to what I need. And that's the story behind my love affair with this tape. In crafting, tape is often used for holding things in place, temporarily in most cases. Scotch tape works well in most of those applications. But there are times when you need something stronger, that has more adhesive power, and is heat resistant to stay in place forever. I found this tape to be extremely versatile in applying it to a myriad of situations. One was to increase the diameter of a dowel to fit into a hole more tightly. Another was to limit the movement of a joint so that it couldn't move beyond a certain point (kind of like a ligament does in the human body). I've also used it as a means of securely gluing unlike materials together. The adhesive of the tape stuck well to one surface, while i used a glue to firmly attach another material to the tape that wouldn't otherwise stick very well with any glue - even with sanding to rough up the surfaces for better adhesion. I've used electrical tape in the past, but it tends to ooze and slide around after a while. The cloth backing on this means it doesn't move at all once it's in place and overlapping the adhesive side onto the cloth. It CAN be a bit hard to find the ends, but if you've ever used el cheapo packing tape, well, you've figured out how to find the ends and start over again, or given up in frustration and started using a stable gun instead. The one application I've yet to use it on is for what it's meant to be used for. And that's why I sing its praises. As a maker, I want something versatile that can be used in multiple projects in different ways and still do a stellar job of it. One-off specialty things have their limited uses, but I ain't made of money, so I try to get materials I can use across a wide range of applications. This tape fits that bill very nicely. Definitely worth the 5 stars, and it's a permanent resident in my Crafting Materials wish list.

Clean and easy to apply, more substantial feeling than vinyl electrical tape.
I love this tape for wiring harnesses! It feels much more substantial than vinyl electrical tape and gives a more factory appearance, while being easier to use than hockey tape which was my previous favorite for high wear areas.
